Went in this morning to request a specific trading card SKU be reserved and directed to the store for in-store pickup. This specific request has been documented as being allowed across a great deal of Best Buys nation-wide (whether it was SUPPOSED to or not, it WAS) including at least one nearby store in Georgia. The employee I talked to was friendly but refused to process my order. Now I see that stock will be arriving at the store tomorrow morning and I won't be able to get it.
On a similar note, it's my understanding that this store is one of the Atlanta area stores that allows people to line up overnight for special product releases the next morning (not an issue at all) but also allows people to put down 'ghost chairs' where they are left unattended by the person that will claim the chair when the store opens, thus effectively allowing a single person to hold in some cases 10+ spots in line by themself. People I have spoken with have mentioned the offenders in question may even become confrontational if you try and address the situation. Would be nice to see the store put a little more effort into fairness and safetly for both employees and customers moving forward.
Great products. Too much pressure to finance. Once I got the out the door cash price, I didn't want it from there anymore. Went online, got it cheaper from the source, no haggling!!

Very disappointed in the corporate monster Best Buy has become. Used to be a company that I felt confident in buying products from, but now there is little to no customer support.
I had purchased Nest in October and returned it I purchased using my Rewards technically i am suppose to get my Certificate back.
They take forever to give back.
After that when it was issued it expired on Dec27th 2025 and I was out of country.
Now when I came back I called the customer service and they said it expires after 60days and they won't be able to reinstate my Rewards.
Com on its my money it was $90 of Rewards certificate.
even if I use my credit card they give me cash back on my purchases.
I had purchased refrigerator in January of 2025 I purchased printer for which I never got the certificate so basically if you don't use your money its gone and they say that your rewards won't expire all bull shit.
The corporate is a big scam I spoke to on of the supervisor name was Sayed.He said he is unable to reinstate the reward certificate.
He said sorry can't do anything about it.
They don't even notify you via email.
so its your hard earned money they loot you.
they need to change their policy about reward certificate.
ITS A BIG SCAM TO PURCHASE AT BEST BUY.

The guy names Tommy who checked me out was very weird . He asked me if I want a bag . I just brought an accessory for my computer , of course I want a bag it’s raining outside. He could use a retraining on customer service.
