I paid 500 bucks for a speaker , didnt notice till i got to the register that it was tapped shut with best buy tape i asked if it was a return , i was told no. I installed said speaker and id littlerly almost set on fire in less than a hour.
I took ot back to best buy in mcdonough where it was inspected and they told me it was a returned item .
A 500 DOLLAR ITEM THAT WAS BLOWN JUST PUT BACK ON THE SHELF AND RESOLD.

Very disappointed to the credit card services.
I did authorized a transaction and they let felt on the merchant favor.
I called the merchant and He said they don’t took anything they said Best Buy has the money .
So think twice before you apply for a credit card with them. I’m a better to not.

This is not a store anymore it basically a storage area for items ordered for pickup,etc. If you are looking for something specific best to order online.Also Zero customer service!
