Esta tienda es muy incompetente, realiza un pedido para retirarlo en la tienda de unas gafas realizar toda la gestión era la única tienda que las tenía y me dicen que me dirija a la tienda entre 1 horas a hora y media pues yo voy después de dos horas para darles tiempo de que tuvieran todo y no me tocará esperar salen con la sorpresa que no estaba listo mi pedido dijo ok no pasa nada le dijo la chica que si al siguiente día puedo ir a retirar el artículo me informa que si, lleho al otro día en horas de la tarde a retirar mi pedido me dicen que fue cancelado así de la nada sin explicación y que mi dinero será devuelto a mi tarjeta y checo no me envían un mensaje tampoco un correo para que me informe entonces son unos incompetente que tienda no vuelvo nunca más y el dinero nada que me lo devuelve

I bought a small chest freezer. Initially it was difficult to find a sales person but once I did he completed the sale on the spot where the freezer was and told me I could bring my car to the front and he would help get the freezer into the car. Within a minute or 2 after stopping in front of the store they brought the freezer and put it into my car. We had it working in my home a couple of hours later.

Went in for two open box items that are shown online at this location. Neither were there. There's no way of contacting the store directly to be able to call ahead. Waste of time.
