How do I check product availability at the Augusta Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Augusta Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Appointment for 11:20am. Didn’t get seen until 11:35. The geek squad employee took forever when the other employee saw and helped 3 people meanwhile it’s now 12:11 and the geek squad employee is still working on paperwork. Meanwhile she’s still assisting other people while assisting us. Then when I mentioned to her we been here a long time she really took her time. I just walked out at this point. Poor customer service from TEA.

Their website says they are Apple certified and can repair iPhone screens the same day!
Unless they see you are a woman and try to scam you. Take my phone in and the guy looks at it and points out part of the crack is very deep. You can see the screen under the glass. Yes but it’s one tiny part. He tells me he might not be able to fix it.
He takes it from me and runs some diagnostic test and comes back to tell me the motherboard is wrong (in this iPhone 13 that is like a year old.) and feeds me some line about it having to be shipped away and more lies. Or for the same cost he can just sell me a new phone!
I drove all the way to Lexington, SC to go to uBreakiFix as recommended by Verizon. 2 and half hours later my screen is fixed for free. Turns out nothing is wrong besides picking Best Buy for my service. Scammers and liars. Posted this on Facebook too so everyone knows.
