Best Buy Augusta

Went in with DH while he was looking for specifics. I was impressed with how tidy the store was and how friendly the staff was. He was able to find the electronic he was looking for and I walked around, price checking vs online, and was happy to note most prices were slightly cheaper there than they were online. They had a nice selection of appliances to include a few that were specialty priced as well as many that you could look at before you purchase- which takes away any question on what it might look like IRL- unlike purchasing straight online- which I like. Besides appliances, they had tons of tech. Lots from watches to tablets, rings and the glasses, things you'd expect to find - they had. I also checked out the water closet/rest room and found it to be in order, well stocked, and surprisingly, it was decorated with some fake flowers on the counter. It was fairly busy but not overwhelmed. The parking was plentiful and not crowded. There was a group of workers maintaining the trees in the parking lot, trimming the limbs, so they wouldn't fall on the cars- which I appreciate- especially with our crazy weather. Though not 'my' favorite hangout, it is a wonderful store and perfect for when you need what they offer. DH is a fan and does shop here vs other outlets.

I came in today just to browse and ended up purchasing a pc for my son with the help of Phillip. Even though he was busy doing his job he took time to stop and put effort in showing me where to find what I was looking for and explaining what I need to complete a set up. He was very helpful, informative, and polite. Thank you to him!
