How do I check product availability at the Augusta Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Augusta Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?
We’ll always try our best to accommodate your needs when scheduling a service appointment and would be happy to reserve the most convenient, available appointment slot for you, but for time-sensitive services/installations we recommend that you schedule as far in advance as possible. Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.
What are Best Buy Augusta stores’ holiday hours?
To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. I am not a fan of big box stores, though this Best Buy was better than most I have visited.
The crew members actually tried to help if we had questions and steered us towards what we were looking for.
It was fairly well stocked with products and lots of items for the season as well.
Then the cashier who assisted us wet out of their way to help us locate some hard to find items that were limited purchases.
We will visit here again.

Ease of ordering from Amazon 5/5. Ease of picking up from pickup counter (all five times) 2/5. Knowledgeable staff 4/5. Quality electronics (3/5 - price but need tech/geek squad faster when my family buys the more expensive products). Amount of people standing around at a station is interesting. Only helpful if helpful but they definitely always know where to go when asked specifically for an item. Wait time in line for pick up (3 ahead): 25 minutes. Checkout line: cleared twice in same time. Plan ahead! Still a good store!

GEEKSQUAD IS SO UNORGANIZED!! ANDREW DON’T ACTS IF HE REALLY DON’T WANT TO BE HERE. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP THE ITEM I DROPPED OFF N HE TELLS ME THAT ONE OF HIS CO WORKERS WILL GET IT🤦♂️THEN AFTER WAITING 20MORE MINS MR ANDREW DECIDES TO TAKE 3 STEPS TO THE BACK TO GET MY ITEM.WAS THAT SO HARD.NEVER AGAIN..
