Customer service is horrific at this establishment! Purchased an 85’ tv, and had it delivered. Once it was set up, it was cracked. Schd an apt to exchange. They had us wait 19 days on a pick up day & exchange. They did not show 3 times!!!! Called and asked if we could take it to the Augusta, Ga store to exchange. Online said yes! Upon arrival to the store, they took the TV, did the “exchange “ then we were greeted by Andrew who refused to do the return. We called back online customer service who said yes you can, and Andrew refused to do the return! We now have to wait 15 more days to see if the delivery will actually show up….

I waited outside of the store before open for a pokemon drop. Keep in mind that this product can't be ordered anywhere at anytime because of low the volume is compared to the demand. I asked how many boxes of the prismatic spc they had and one guy said 10. I was 10th in line and 2 people in front of me didn't get one either. This store has a 1 item per person policy which is great for collectors, but I wonder where the spcs went? Probably to the employees that are reselling it for double the price before they could be put on display for customers. Makes me wonder how long they've been doing this for and if the leadership there let's them get away with it. I'm not gonna call out any names publicly but I can see a post right now on Facebook marketplace of an employee selling it

The employees here back door Pokemon drops and they don’t put them out for the customers. When new items come out they buy them all up and sell it themselves on Facebook Marketplace. One employee in specific named Rickey Ellison. Disgusting behavior. Please get this under control. It would be nice for actual collectors to be able to buy these instead of scalpers.

Curbside in one hour? Yeah right, call someone to find out why it’s taking so long, nobody knows or can do anything. Store doesn’t receive calls, just terrible customer service.
