Best Buy Augusta

Drove 70 miles round trip to check out the cameras. They are locked to a pedestal, no power and you cant do a damn thing with them. Employees could not help. Way does best buy expect me to spend over $820 for something I can't even hold in my hand and turn on? This store has a lot of recent 1 star reviews. I wonder why.

We were greeted at the door. All staff I asked questions to were very helpful. Much appreciated. Plus had to return this. Didn't fit to our liking. Exchanged it with no issues.

Literally the worst customer service ive ever experienced the managers walk around doing nothing if you ask them for help they say the will send someone they never do and if you are lucky enough to get help the employees look miserable i wouldnt be surprised if they are being mistreated with the way the managers act. I mean i was walking next to the geek squad and the geek squad manager was talking down to an elderly man she was acting like she was better than him or something overall terrible store with terrible managers and horrible service not to even mention the 2 rats i seen run across the store a couple weeks ago. would rate 0 stars if i could go to walmart or ikea or literally any other store and save yourself the waste of time 0/5
