This Best Buy is trash. Customer service sucks. Whenever you ask for help it’s like you’re bothering them. It’s sad to see how much it’s gone down in quality. Can’t get any good help. Requested a manager and the manager was no better! Then they gave me a bogus number for corporate. Get it together Best Buy.

B.S!!! Update.1/9/26.im trying to schedule a car stereo installation CONSULTATION. Ive called the store multiple times. A.i.tells me to schedule it on the website. Sent link.there is no way to set up.a CONSULTATION on that link.called again, transferred to a call center with so much noise in the background I couldn't adequately hear the man that was talking,which made his thick accent even more hard to understand.i asked if background noise could be muted,he said no so I disconnected call.EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING PHONE EXPERIENCES HERE!
Customer service is horrific at this establishment! Purchased an 85’ tv, and had it delivered. Once it was set up, it was cracked. Schd an apt to exchange. They had us wait 19 days on a pick up day & exchange. They did not show 3 times!!!! Called and asked if we could take it to the Augusta, Ga store to exchange. Online said yes! Upon arrival to the store, they took the TV, did the “exchange “ then we were greeted by Andrew who refused to do the return. We called back online customer service who said yes you can, and Andrew refused to do the return! We now have to wait 15 more days to see if the delivery will actually show up….
