Apparently you can’t call the store anymore….the phone number sends you to a third world country. The guy said they no longer take calls in the store…..what kind of business does this?! Best Buy is the next business to tank. Mark my word
Geek squad is a joke. Not helpful and lazy. They refuse to help you and make you scan QR codes to schedule appointments that have endless prompts to sign up for garbage. Ridiculous
You can not return things after 15 days even if it’s new and still in the box, you can’t get anyone on the phone, once you connect to an agent they’re not really helpful with returns or exchanges, so if you stay an hour away and want answers on a return or exchange you have to drive all the way to the location and it’s still not a guarantee you’ll be able to exchange or return a product, EVEN IF you have the receipt , the product still in the box, never used. It’s just so inconvenient.
