Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
I had a bad experience purchasing a phone here recently. They have great pricing on the iphone Air, but limited color options. I ordered one in-store and had it shipped to my address. When it arrived, there was no phone in the box. I had no working phone so I drove straight over the BB to report it. The store team and manager was understanding but they said their hands were tied and they were unable to 1) refund me 2) give me a new phone that they had in store (not the right color but I was desperate at this point) or 3) ship me a new phone. I used their phone to call some other BB people and report the incident. The on-site manager helped me out and spoke to this virtual call team to get more info, said an investigation needed to be completed which would take up to 3 days. Total BS, this was not the customer's fault. I had my credit card refund me that day. 5 days later, BB is still conducting their investigation, and they emailed me and asked me for photos of the box. I left the buy with their team in the store! It's been a disorganized mess. I would say it's fine to purchase in-store and work with their local team, do NOT attempt to purchase online and have it delivered to your house because they don't have a handle on theft. The manager and staff at this store were helpful though, there just wasn't a protocol to deal with something like this which is strange and unprofessional.

We went to Target to not an IPad for my grandson. They had a pink one and wouldn’t price match to Amazon. So to Best Buy we went. McCarmry was terrific help, getting the perfect blue one and tge best protective case. Excellent service all around. Kudos yo Best Buy!
