I went to the phone counter for help with a phone that I bought there 2 years ago. First I waited over 10 minutes and no one showed up so I went over to the Geek Squad Desk and he contacted someone. When she came over I explained that my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S23+ no longer charges through the charge port. It still charges when I put it on the wireless charge pad. She looked at it and said yeah, one of the pins is pushed back. I asked what can I do because I'm in the car alot doing estimates and I need to be able to charge it. She said buy a new phone or buy a wireless charger for the car. Another customer walks up and she turns away and asked if she can help them. No further conversation... no can I help you find a wireless charger for your car, no is there anything else... she just walked away and left me standing there! How damn rude Best Buy employees have become. They care nothing about what issues you're having. They are just there to collect a check. Damn if I'll ever go to Best Buy again!
I used the app and curbside service. It took about 5 minutes for the guy to bring my item out. I sat in a/c and listened to my music. I didn't have to talk to anyone. Didn't wait in line. I love it.
Switch 2 release was pathetic. You would think they would prioritize pre orders but they aren't they are swapping who goes next to come in store with non pre orders. Common sense says to do pre orders first so if there is an issue with numbers the people who paid for it first would be priority but I guess not.
