Great experience with Jaivon; he was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions without issue. However, the manager of the store was rather rude. I spent close to $1,000.00 thanks to Jaivon; great customer service skills—he deserves a raise! The "manager" needs better people skills.
Big shout out to Javion I can tell he love his job brother man went all out and he was very helpful he have amazing product knowledge man. This is my favorite Best Buy store always come here I always shop at Best Buy. So management if you reading this Javion need a promotion again his product knowledge says it all man customer service was on point the best I’ve ever got at any store. Thanks again will shop there soon.
BE CAREFUL ON PRICING!!! Always check the price tag on the items because when you get checked out, they ring up higher than marked on the floor because “their system didn’t recognize the discount.” They make you go & wait in the Customer Service line for a credit back to your form of payment. ALWAYS CHECK PRICING ONLINE. They love to sell you marked up items at the store when you can find the same item online for cheaper. Make sure you get them to price match with the online price.
