First, what an absolute gentleman. Very respectful and assisted my wife with what she was looking for.
Second, it is very clear that he is an expert in this craft. He made the decision making process very clear.
This Best Buy is not the closest store where we live. We just happened to be in the area when making some major purchasing decisions. We specifically came back to this location the next day, for our second visit, specifically for Sean. I ask that you award him accordingly. Everyone is very blessed to have him.
While my wife was working with him to obtain camera equipment, I went around the store speaking to various employees about various other items that we’ll need in the future. I’ve been through many Best Buy stores for many years. I can confidently say that this is the best Best Buy store I’ve ever encountered. The items are always the same. But it’s the people that make the difference. In addition to Sean, I ask that you reward the entire team accordingly. This is a special team.
