Fui muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Alex que, além de explicar todas as características no laptop de meu interesse, conseguiu junto da gerente, o desconto vigente até a semana anterior. Infelizmente não me adequei ao produto e o próprio Alex trocou o produto por outro de forma facilitada e muito cordial. Ótima loja e grande equipe de atendimento.

I had a simple question about a tv. He doesn’t hold this brand of tv however it was just a question of assembly. All he had to say was I don’t know, I’m sorry. But he had to make a sarcastic remark of I’ll have to Google it just like you would have to google it. Terrible management and customer service. Just tell me you’re useless upfront and I’ll be on my way
