I went to buy a dash cam. The greeter asked someone to meet me where they are displayed. No one showed. I had to go looking for a salesperson. He finally comes and wasn't very helpful. I decided to buy the one he showed me, even though it was way over my budget. Best Buy wanted close to $100 for installation. I declined. The return policy was only 14 days. On my way home I decided I was returning it and went back a day later. As of yet, I still haven't purchased one.

After driving nearly an hour and arriving just 30 minutes before closing, my wife and I were truly impressed with the exceptional service we received.
A special thank you to Ken in management, who went above and beyond to help transfer everything from my old product to my new one Bose surround system warranty. Despite the late hour, he took his time, made sure everything was set up properly, and was genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase.
