Garbage Best Buy. Unhelpful. Tried swindling me out of over $500 with no apology or explanation. Go anywhere else.

Very nice They couldn't get my laptop pen from the closed off thing so they had everyone use there keys and they ended up getting tho lock off with force they even removed the section from the wall to get it out thank you so much workers it meant a lot to me and your work.

I needed a new power cord for my Mac Book Pro, so I googled where to purchase one. Best Buy popped up in my search. I first checked their website it showed m a few options. Then I chatted with their "AI" chat. Am I the only one that hates these AI chats? What a wait of time! I explained what type of power cord I needed and it directed me to the wrong product twice! On the third time it finally came up with the correct style. I made my choice, and the AI chat said there were 5 at my store of choice! The AI chat wanted me to purchase it so it would be held for me. I then tried to call the store to see if what I found was in stock. First you can't call a certain store anymore, all calls are routed to a call center, another waist of time! The information they gave me at the call center was wrong, because when I got to the store they didn't even have any of the product choices they showed me! If AI is supposed to make life easier, it's NOT! At the store it was a bait and switch! The power cord I went to purchase was $9.99 (which they said there were 5 in stock) the reality the only power cord they had was $24.99, big difference! Sorry my Best Buy shopping day are over! I don't support stores, that "bait and switch" their customers! GOODBYE BEST BUY!
