I had a 1.5 hour round-trip drive. I called before I went there to make sure that they had the computer. Then they connected me to the Geek Squad so I could confirm they had an appointment available and could transfer my data from the old computer to the new one. I then asked if it could be done while I waited since it is far from my home. I was told they would do it then but I would be waiting 30 minutes to an hour. I arrived at the store. Bought the computer and the tech support package. Took both old and new to the tech desk. Checked them both in. And was getting ready to walk away when I asked about how long they thought it would take. The tech said 3 DAYS! I told him I called ahead to confirm, etc and asked if he would do it while I waited. He said No. Stated that the tech appointment line really has no idea how long it will take - as if that made it ok. So I refunded everything and drove home. What a total waste if time. Didn't want to spend another 1.5 hours on the road to pick it all up!

Best Buy was outstanding as usual. Walmart however was the typical zero service rude store. Was going to buy an iPad. Walmart wouldn't honor their own price of $299. Best Buy the employees were helpful and polite and sold it for the lowest price without hesitation.
