Today while a friend was trying to make a purchase the cashier was told after we were already rung up that the item we were buying had a limit of 2 per person.Thought the register had a limit of 8 it showed and all we were buying. One manager Noah refused to actually speak to us and chose to only relay over there ear piece. I than asked for another manager Angela who refused to honor what was already on the register. Very bad customer service but not surprising since it's best buy..

Called the store, got left on hold for 45 minutes. Not sure if I got a crap call center or a crap employee at the store either way unacceptable. Had to drive 30 minutes to verify it inventory
