If you like headaches, false promises and last minute delays then this the place for you. After purchasing a $3,000 televison and installation in the store with Daniel on 5/8/2025 I was given a delivery and install of tomorrow 5/23/2025. Mind you I had to pay it in full right there to then have to wait 15 days for delivery. Only to receive an email at 5pm today telling me that my appointment didnt exist and if I wanted it delivered and installed I would have to wait two more weeks June 10th. Mind you I have like a dozen emails telling me to get ready for my appointment. So now I will be almost 5 week out before I might see this TV, paying interest for a purchase that I have not even received yet. We cancelled our Memorial day plans to be home for the delivery.
Calling and speaking anyone that can really help you? Yeah good luck. I called the listed number for the store only to be told by a Carmen that it was a call center. Apprently the stores stopped taking any type of customer calls two years ago or something like that. So I couldn't speak with a manager or anyone locally. Best advice I was given by their customer service was, "you can always cancel and try reording it again" Oh yeah and as far as making it right.. jokes
Literally go somewhere else if you are looking for customer service and actual concern to want to make it right. If I could give negative stars believe me I would.

Best Buy usually has what we need/want in the area of appliances. But today we were looking for a dishwasher and all the models we were interested in were out of stock. Ended up having to buy one at Lowe's.

I didn’t have an appointment, but I had to wait about 15 minutes while they assisted one customer and probably four or five other Best Buy employees and geek squad members walked right by as while standing in the line. You would think at least somebody would ask what you were there for.
