Best buy is always my choice for electronics . Usually comes down to the hassle free installation.

Must mirror some of the other comments with extremely poor service: horrible! If you are buying something you can take home and set up yourself, and you are sure you won’t return it, then I guess Best Buy’s ok. If you’re getting an appliance or in my case a large TV and wall mount and can’t set up myself, then you’re in for all sort of frustration. They give you install dates but don’t honor them or call you and say they aren’t coming. You call and can’t for love or money reach anyone at the store. No phones there. Call centers in Pakistan, India, South Africa often waiting 1/2 hour for pick up. They aren’t helpful. Their only reply to try to put you off another week. Made TV and expensive amplifier purchase and amplifier delated so I cancelled it. They deduct from your credit card at point of sale but they are EXTREMELY slow at refunds. We don’t have stellar appliance or electronics choices in this area, and Loews and Home Depot have their own issues, but I’d avoid a large appliance and stick with home improvement center or Bob Wallace unless Best Buy returns telephones to their store. Ditch the global call center concept. It doesn’t work!!!

I drive 1hr and 10 minutes to buy I dashcam that was listed as " in stock" I get there and the dashcam section looked like it was stuck by a hurricane! I think maybe 2 dashcams were in stock and, of course, they were the$800 Cobra radar detectors/ dashcams! The tags that you bring to the counter to purchase the item were EVERYWHERE I mean it totally surprised me that Best Buy was like that. I usually go to the Murfreesboro location and I think I'll stick with that one from now on
