Ordered a tv from this location on July 3 2026. The tv was scheduled to be delivered on July 11th between 7am to 7pm. The day before I get a notification that there will be a driver assigned and will get a notification on who that driver was the next day. On July 11th I get the drivers name and my tv was on its way. Now I get a window between 3 and 7pm. I receive a notification that I can follow the truck on the Best Buy app and can track the truck on the map. I get a text at 2:49pm that the truck will arrive at my location around 4pm and it was in route. Around 430 pm the truck still hadn’t arrived so I just chalked it up to running late. Around 530pm I checked the app and it said I needed to schedule my appointment for delivery and I could no longer track the truck, but it still said delivery between 3 and 7pm. I called the Best Buy number and that’s where the real confusion started. The agents had no clue what was going on or why the tv was never delivered or where the tv was at. I made 3 more calls and finally got transferred to a young man that did a little more digging and to find out the tv was never on the truck to begin with. How about instead of having someone waiting around all day long and wasting the customers time just send them a message or a phone call saying it’s not going to be delivered today and that we will have to reschedule. This is an absolute unacceptable and lazy reason to waste someone’s time. I guarantee you if this would have happened to any of you Best Buy employees you would be just as furious, but all I get is basically a response of we really don’t care if we wasted your time or not and instead of saying just sorry the agents start getting rude and giving me attitude as if I already haven’t had an already horrible day. I get an oh well sorry about that or system isn’t perfect. Now I have no clue when the tv is going to be delivered. I will have to drive back to Best Buy and get this figured out and waste more of my time. Edit I dint need you to look further into my appointment and the delivery has already been rescheduled. All I want you to do is if the item that’s supposed to be delivered isn’t even in the warehouse Don’t have the customer setting around all day waiting on an item that’s not even on the truck. Just call or message the customer and let them know what’s going on. From your response I don’t even think you read my post to begin with.

Purchased appliances from this spot, went in store to look at some other appliance and got followed by their shop lifting team the whole time - never stolen, have always been a big spender - very awkward. Will taking business elsewhere

I dropped off my PC for repair. When Geek Squad called to talk about what it needed the caller ID came up potential spam so I didn't answer. They didn't fix it but texted it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived it wasn't fixed so they checked it out then had to check it back in again to repair it. It was a wasted trip that took an hour to start over. They were 25 minutes late for my appointment. They had the email and address wrong also. They said they weren't allowed to text any information except to notify to come pick it up. It was very frustrating.
