Best buy is great if you are looking for current and latest item. I needed a cover my perfect A21, ofcourse they only sell A22 and up. Got lots of iPhone covers...but me I got a great Android. Didn't have universal covers..o well Best Buy is still a great go to.
Staff experience was mixed. Several employees were standing around the monitor section counter when I asked a straightforward question. Instead of helping right away, they spent time deliberating who would handle it, which was off-putting as a customer. With six staff members present, it shouldn’t have been difficult to get assistance.

I bought a 65 in tv with delivery service, I waited over a week for delivery and messaged them repeatedly requesting a time frame any time after 12 noon. I could not speak to anyone but a call center. They attempted delivery at 0945 and said they could reschedule for 2 weeks out. I requested to pick up at store and they refused and said they were not able to change to in store pick up or offer a delivery any date for two weeks. I had to cancel the order, wait for a refund after waiting over a week for the attempted delivery. I then purchased at Walmart and picked up same day. Unbelievably and totally unnecessarily frustrating.
I’m a geek squad member and I’ve always been a customer of Best Buy for years and went in to ask about my computer I had bought there that I was having problems with and the lady working there told me she would not help me because I didn’t have a appointment even though it was only a couple of questions I had !!!!!
