Was told if I used my credit card for so much I would get an $80 reward credit which I did and I got the $80 rewards credit. I went to the store in Huntsville Alabama and was going to use my credit but went to the counter to pick up my merchandise to the counter, the girl told me that I had to buy more to use my credit. I told her that I was still going to owe her over $10 after she took my credit off and she told me that was not enough that I had to buy more. She asked me did I want the merchandise and then I want to get more to go with it and I told her no. So I left the merchandise there, and by the time I could go back to Best Buy(Because I live away from it) My credit had expired by one day so I lost that $80. I called the Best Buy online and they said there was nothing they could do and could not re-issue another one. The guy did tell me that the girl told me wrong and that was not a policy Of Best Buy and that you did not have to Buy more than the rewards They truly need to train their employee!!!! To say the least, I’m very disappointed in Best Buy!!!!!
