Great location for showrooming.
Spent about an hour here evaluating Samsung’s flagship 85-inch TV, and I’ve gotta say, the in-store experience was ideal… for making my Amazon decision. The lighting was bright, the reflections were brutal, and the matte screen handled it all like a champ. Truly the kind of test environment you just can’t get online.
The best part? I was able to explore completely undisturbed. Not once was I approached by a sales associate, offered assistance, or even acknowledged. It was like Best Buy knew I needed space to make the kind of well-informed decision that would eventually benefit Amazon.
The store itself has that nostalgic charm. A bit like a carnival that shined brighter when you were a kid. Not exactly clean, but not offensive either. More of a time capsule vibe.
Honestly, I wouldn’t have known how to buy the TV from Best Buy even if I wanted to. There was no one around to guide the process. But that’s okay.
Best Buy has truly become the zoo of electronics. I go there to observe the beautiful creatures in a semi-natural habitat. I study their movements, and then I adopt one from the Amazon.
This actually isn’t the first Samsung flagship product I’ve purchased after showrooming at this location. It’s become something of a tradition.
Five stars for providing a safe, quiet place to research big-ticket electronics before buying them somewhere else. Keep up the great work!
Good pricing and outstanding customer service
Stopped by to buy a gift card for a present. The cashier at the front, Ray, was rude at checkout. He was tossing giftcards around speaking in a really condescending tone. You can have a bad day, but the rudeness was uncalled for. Won’t be coming back here. I don’t even need a smile, just a polite checkout process.
