First, let me say that in the past , I have always had a great experience with this Alpharetta location however that was definitely not the case yesterday !
I am and have been a Total Tech member for several years and because of that, my expectation was that my request to Cancel an order that was scheduled for delivery more than 48 hours out should have been easily accommodated; particularly given that I told the young man who was behind the register late yesterday that I wanted to rather order a compact refrigerator that was on display in the store as opposed to the compact freezer that was on order; he stated rather matter of factly there was not an option to.Cancel it as it had already been picked up by the delivery partner ; I was viewing status in the app at the time and told him that I would then move out the delivery date to allow time for cancellation so that I could be refunded to then place my order for the more refrigerator /freezer which was actually more expensive than the freezer; he did not apologize or attempt to actually help accommodate me nor did he request anyone to assist me with purchasing a ring doorbell thot I mentioned I was interested in buying; I waited by the doorbell for almost 15 minutes for someone to come over as he stated he requested for me - I then asked the BB sales person for Breville in the adjacent dept for help; she actually left her dept to locate someone to actually assist me-this was real customer service -unfortunately she worked for Breville and not Best Buy-This fiasco was a horrific customer experience which is why I most likely will be ordering my compact refrigerator from Amazon or Lowe’s as opposed to BB! I have been a loyal BB Total
Tech customer for many years and I hope someone in leadership actually reads this and actually does a better job with hiring individuals who actually understand the meaning of customer service ! I will not be reviewing my total tech membership as a result of this -this is why Amazon is taking your market share -your young irresponsible employees with poor attitudes are the cause of this !!
