I went to Best Buy yesterday! And I was about to buy Switch 2. And there was a blackout when I was about to buy it. And when I came in today, they said they’re out of stocks. It was supposed to be first come first serve and I was about to get it. At least they could’ve hold it for the person who’s about to buy it and they went “oh they couldn’t do anything without power?” Some “common courtesy” they showed

I bought an Oura ring and before I bought it, I told the salesman that I was going to wait until the following week because of prime week and he told me that Best Buy would match any offer on the Oura ring. As long as it was reputable. I bought the ring and Oura had a sale while I was away and when I returned they wouldn’t honor the sale price from Ouras own website. I thought Best Buy was a reputable store. I will never buy from them again and I urge you to not believe them when they say that they will match prices. Very unethical.

I was told from BB support to purchase online if I wanted an open box item to be ready for me so I did. 2hrs later it was unavailable. After 90 minutes on the phone with support, I was told to visit in store since they could not do anything for me. Finally, the manager was unwilling and “not able” to provide any accommodation for my issue despite multiple people sharing experiences they’ve had managers work with/discount/ provide solution for them. Absolutely disgusting experience Edit: originally one star review, now 3 because of online support being the most helpful through messaging on social media. Spoke with Ezra, who did his upmost to try to accommodate what was going on. In the end, the most convenient option was me buying directly through LG own website. 5 star for Ezra support! 1 star for everybody else not giving me this clear direction in the first place.
