I don't write many 1 star reviews but they earned it. My son bought an SSD online and we went to pick it up . We got it out of the locker and it had been tampered with and had the wrong item in the box. We went to customer service and reported to the manager . He told me we would have to file a claim and gave me the number and was clearly not the least bit inclined to help us. I called the number and was told that someone in the store would have to help us. I took this information back to the manager and he pretended not to hear me. After a series of inappropriate questions regarding our behavior and "are we sure we didn't steal it" he grudgingly made the exchange for the item we purchased in the first place. He made it very clear he wasn't happy about this.
