Why even bother. The three employees I dealt with are clueless (2 in sales and 1 from the Geek Squad) and have no idea how their trade-in program works. I wanted to trade-in my M2 iPad Pro for the new M5 iPad Pro. They would not sell me the new iPad without trying to charge me $40 to do the data transfer from old to new even though I told them I don't need them to do it. I went out to my car and ordered what I wanted online and mailed back my old iPad.

Not bad, but it feels more like Amazon customer service now
The staff here has always been great. But someone who stood out was Justin Daniels. I sort of knew where I was going to look for an air purifier but he made a point to address me as I walked by and asked what I was looking for, searched the exact product I was looking to get, then went to get it for me! I don't think I was in the store for 5 minutes! Then the nice young lady with the fantastic afro was very friendly and pleasant. I didn't catch her name. Bravo to the staff at this store!
