I bought an Apple watch for my little sister for her birthday online. She tried to charge the watch but the watch would not charge. I took it to best buy they told me that I can’t exchange it or get a refund because it’s out of the 2 weeks return window so they told me to take it to Apple. I took the whole package to Apple as soon as the Apple tech open the box he told me the charge that came with the watch is the wrong charger. He tried charging the watch with their charger but the watch still couldn’t charge. Thank God I put Apple care on the watch because I would been out of a watch and my money. I will never buy anything else from Best Buy because that watch was suppose to be a brand new watch.

Went there for an out of box unlocked phone, first the guy at the door offered if he can help and as most first I said no just to go back to the same guy for help. He called someone to help out since he was ushering at the door. The guest associate comes and finds out they don't have the phone and he goes ahead to order one and in two hrs I was able to pick up my moto g power 5G. It's a beautiful and very affordable phone and looks like a new phone on top of that unlocked. I can use it when I travel to a foreign country. Thanks best buy for meeting my needs in such a professional and caring way. I can remember Myke who ordered the phone but the other two were also friendly and very helpful. I love you all with my African 💜
