I was shocked that they no longer carry movies on Blu-ray in the store. I realize streaming is an option, but should not be mandatory. Techy OG
This store is a masterclass in disorganization and apathy.
December 6, 2024: I placed a solid order. Got the “part of your order is ready” text at 7PM. Gave them an hour, showed up, and only part of it was actually ready. After wasting another hour in-store, I left without the RAM I paid for. No urgency, no communication — just vibes.
June 9, 2025: Somehow, even worse. Ordered an Apple Pencil Pro and USB-C AirPods Pro 2 — both “in stock” per the site. Two hours after the “ready” text, my wife goes in. They tell her the AirPods “aren’t there” and “come back tomorrow.” She sits in the car for five minutes, gets another text, walks back in — and suddenly, the missing AirPods magically exist.
This store treats “order ready” texts like suggestions and customer time like it’s worthless. The staff seems confused, unbothered, or both — and twice now, I’ve walked away wondering how this location is still open. Save yourself the hassle. Order elsewhere.

Inventory shows something in stock nobody seems to know where it is. They have a promo card that you need $15 purchase in order to receive, but they don’t have any product for me to buy so they won’t give me one
