Skip the Geek Squad. Made an appt to have my phone screen replaced. Showed up on time only to be told, ”the repair tech don’t come in until later and you ‘finna’ have to wait I guess.” I was then told (after waiting) that they didn’t have the screen/part in to do the work in the first place. I turned around and walked out.

I purchased a mobile phone and was told that if I return it for any reason, there would be a $45 restocking fee.
I could have purchased the same phone at the same price through Amazon, where the cost is $0 to return it. Something I'll do the next time I buy a new phone.
Received exceptional customer service at this location. I purchased an “open box” TV from Best Buy earlier in the week (different location) and saw that it had went on sale the day after I purchased it! Well turns out this location had one in better condition and still a cheaper price, so I traveled to Douglasville for the exchange. I met with the associate at the desk JayDan and he promptly offered assistance is helping me remove the 75” tv from my vehicle and bring it inside. After getting it settled, he personally went to the back and retrieved a cart to load up the exchange TV on. It was ringing up a littler higher than advertised online so his manager (a male, no name tag) quickly resolved the issue and honored the price online. Like before, JayDan helped me load up the TV, and that was that. Though I didn’t proceed, I appreciate the efforts by both on trying to get me to upgrade my membership. You can say “that’s their job” to everything they did, but be it as it may, everyone doesn’t do their job how it should be done, especially in customer service!
