So tired of greedy corporations outsourcing their phone help that tells customers to go into the store to fix the issue, only to be met by people in store who aren’t trained to help, or don’t care enough to do anything. BestBuy as a whole has gone downhill. Geeksquad is just as bad. I cannot in good conscience recommend shopping at BestBuy any longer as their clear profits over people mentality is ruining the shopping experience. I wouldn’t be surprised if after the next business reorganization if they close this low volume store, along with many other “underperforming” locations.

LABOR DAY DEALS saved my life! BRAYDEN helped me order an HP laptop for my IST 190 and IST 266 classes at Greenville Tech. My HP Streambook was not up to the challenge, it was laaaaaacking. Shout out to my IST 266 professor, Prof. James Vincent, for emailing me a list of reasonably priced computers to get in preparation for class.
