I always felt they hired experienced sales people. In the TV department of the Anderson location, Manny is definitely one of those . He explained the difference between higher and lower end brands, picture quality, lighting, pixels, everything. He was wonderful. Rating on him alone is genuinely 5 starts.
Now, trying to get a sata cable identical to the one we had from the computer department, not good help. I was sold a 'universal' cable and when I said the ends didn't look right (like the one I brought in), we were told, it'll work. Well, wasted trip. We live in a rural area (2 hr drive RT), our choice but regardless, we trusted that person. We'll return because of Manny, not your computer department.
Always a great place for assistance with of course electronics. The geek squad is an excellent source of information and repairs. Good inventory on products as well.
They cancelled my online order for a laptop delivery with literally no explanation or warning. This order was time-sensitive, and I have not been able to get into contact with an actual human for customer service.
Just use Amazon. You'll probably get the same price and you'll be certain your product will arrive when it's needed.

We had an amazing experience at the Anderson Best Buy thanks to Hayden! We originally came in looking for an open-box laptop, but I accidentally picked one that wasn't what I thought it was. Hayden took the time to listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a much better option that fit both my needs and my budget.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right laptop at the best possible price. Customer service like his is hard to find, and I really appreciate all of his help.
