How do I check product availability at the Baxter Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Baxter Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Don’t usually review a chain store, but this location had the best employees. Every occasion I needed to run to the store they new exactly how to help what I needed. Nick employee was very knowledgeable! Was happy to help. I believe this spot needs more recognition for the employees vs. the products the chain sells.

First I bought an open box rog ally knowing hey if it has some cosmetic problem as excellent, I didn't care. I get this over the gaming sale last weekend. But I got it and it looked great. Only a ding over the screw hole and the stand was missing. Then I downloaded rocket league to test the functions. I found the right trigger did not work. I thought well time for an exchange so I called Best buy support. That's where everything went sideways. Support said yeah we will replace it. Then canceled the replacement order even though stock is still available. So I called back again. Got transfered back into queue 4 times over the phone. While waiting chatted them and that rep hung up the chat when I asked why my exchange was canceled. Finally after 1 hour of hold and attempts I got a supervisor. They said I have to return the item and repurchase it. I asked for my price to be honored since the sale was done. I was told they would not honor the price either.
TLDR: Buyer beware buy from another company best buy customer service sucks

I stopped in due to issues with my laptop and Conner and Brock were working in the Geek Squad. They were both very helpful and informative and were able to assist me in getting my laptop working again. They also explained a few helpful tips.
Best Buy is LUCKY to have employees like Conner and Brock.
