I swear every staff member would come up to my husband and I and ask if we needed help or if we are doing alright. We were just wasting some time during our afternoon and looking around and talking about items we've talked about getting before but the vibe was like they were rushing to get us out or begging to help just anyone.

Our new kitchen appliances are beautiful! We were very happy with the purchase of our appliances from Best Buy. A kitchen remodel is never easy but the delivery people, particularly James and his partner were top notch. Dom did a great job also helping us with a couple issues in the store. These people are professional and experienced and patient when their customers make mistakes thinking something scratched but it wasn’t(we hadn’t taken all the wrapping off the appliance)Thank you to the whole team in Baxter! Our kitchen is beautiful!

They charge to put on screen protectors now (regardless of if you are just purchasing or if it's a warranty replacement).
