Best Buy absolutely have not been the best for a long time we walked through the door and everyone just turned around and stared but no one came to help Cape Girardeau Best Buy in their associates need to really step up their game big time

Can’t talk to an in store worker unless you physically go to the store. Dumbest idea ever. I want the ability to talk to someone who can physically see if product is available rather than tell me what their “system” says is in stock.

Great place Great People who seem eager to help when walk in answered my questions I had and helped me to understand their app! Would like to see more savings or deals on their app more rewards program etc! Like say great place Great people but if not rich, might need take min a plan what ya getting from. There lil better than I did! No first time customer or promos on app etc! So Eventhough they do offer discounts etc! Just wasn't and isn't enough for so find like me, I have to get on a budget or I got to wait till I can! Budget friendly, ahh not so much so far for me!
