Went in here about a month ago to get a laptop. We asked Lexi for the best person in the store that knows about computers and she gave us Jude and Seth. Let me tell you Jude is the most patient and funniest worker there. We spent at least 2 hours looking for a computer and any questions we had he knew everything about them. He told us all about them gave us the pros and cons of all of the computers. Over all a very welcoming environment. We talk to some of the managers there and they were very kind and we told them how great Jude was. Thank you to Jude, Seth, Lexi, and all of the workers there.

This Company has become a joke.......You can't even talk to a person in their store to get an answer to a question. Called 3 times to talk to something besides a computerized voice and was never able to. I have bought computers, TV, and tons of acc. from Best Buy in the past I even have one of their credit cards and I will never do business with them again
