Absolutely no way to get to speak to my local store! I Pay for my total plan and get put on hold and then transferred to Abdule from some other country who can’t even understand English when I need customer service!

Best buy TV was and is really great but the guys, send by Best Buy, to install the TV, stole / robbed from us, that was not so great and Best Buy did not care.

This store is amazing. I buy so much stuff from here and they go above and beyond for me!
