How do I check product availability at the Naples Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Worst customer service ever. They will promise you the world but don’t follow through. It took 3 calls of 40+ minutes over 20 days to understand where my order was and for me to finally receive an email stating that my order was cancelled after they confirmed 5 hours prior it would arrive in 6 days. Support was outsourced to India if they feel they don’t want to deal with a situation locally. My recommendation is to go directly to the manufacturer if you’re looking for electronics or a different retailer / wholesaler
where you’ll get the same or better deal.
