Dave worked with my husband and I in the TV sales department. He is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to educate us and guide us through our purchases. He was patient and kind really took his time to help us. He was amazing to work with. I am someone who prefers to directly call a manager and give them a quick 1-2 minute call with all the positives highlighting the particular individual. I made two attempted today to speak to a manager. The woman answering the call acted like she was going to transfer me twice earlier today and this afternoon and never did. She also need to know the specifics of the call..I kept assuring her that it is for positive feedback of an employee. She wanted more details which I felt was inappropriate and after all that the manager didn’t even want to speak to me about his incredible employee! So Dave shout out to you! Manager, please take a minute to take a call about positive feedback and something that was not a complaint. Show respect to your costumers but also take the time to highlight your own worker.
really helpful employees! two guys were eager to teach me important stuff about the component i was trying to buy, and even when i realized i bought the wrong type (my fault, not theirs), going back to do an exchange was 1000% less stressful than i expected. traded it out for what i needed and got refunded the difference, no questions asked. thank you!
