I bought an open box 65 inch Sony TV that was deemed "good" quality. It came without the box (just wrapped in bubble wrap) and I clarified with the salesperson if the power cable and remote were included, who told me they were. When I came home and opened up the TV, to my surprise, not only was there no POWER SUPPLY, no REMOTE, and no tv stand…the TV was given to me with cracks and markings on the display…I don’t understand how this TV even made it past quality control and was advertised as "good" condition. On top of that, I received no help in my return for this item or some compensation for this inconvenience. I’ll never be purchasing from this location again.

A gentlemen in appliances sold us a microwave that Montgomeryville did not have in stock. He told us Plymouth meeting had it in stock so we paid and headed to PM. The PM store doesn't even carry this microwave. Clearly the sales associate wanted his commission. Ended up cancelling order altogether. Thanks for the huge waste of time.
