I went in to buy a pair of in-ear wireless Bluetooth headphones and I ended up buying the pixel buds which are amazing BUT the sales person told me I had enough credit, which I didn't. That caused me to incur fees and I said my desk breaker was a lack of apple care which he said I could get which ended up being a lie. Horrible!
