Best Buy is the worst, and the support from Geek Squad is terrible. Not only is the actual customer service bad and in genuine, their system sets them up for absolute failure with guest interaction. This is the kind of issue that is unfortunately not about employees and their customer service skills, it’s the reliance on the faulty appointment system and the inability for customers to call the actual store, only being able to reach an AI “assistant” and the call center where no one speaks intelligible English.
I regret ever purchasing a computer here- don’t waste your time purchasing any form of electronic device from Best Buy…
… oh- wait- that’s everything they sell. Zero stars.
