How do I check product availability at the Boise Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I BOUGHT SOME ITEMS AT BEST BUY OVER A YEAR AGO AND THEY SET ME UP WITH A CREDIT CARD THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. I NEVER USED MINE AND CANCELLED IT BY PHONE AND EMAIL. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING A $140 EVERY YEAR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CANCELLED MONTHS AGO BY PHONE AND IN WRITING. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER FRAUD BUREAU BUT BEST BUY KEEPS ON ADDING LATE CHARGES FOR NOT USING THE CARD AND HARASSING ME BY EMAIL AND IN WRITING EVERY MONTH. I RECOMMEND TO THOSE WHO FREQUENT BEST BUY TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP.

Purchased a new computer at my local store on Franklin Rd in Boise ID. We needed to have date moved from the old to the new one. The Tech Support reps were knowledgeable, professional and answered our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend Best Buy to friends as their go-to for electronics.

Went to get the laptop I bought there fixed as some of the keyboard characters quit working. Second time in since I bought it 11 months ago. First time the laptop stopped charging after one week.
It appeared there were 30 people in the whole store and 20 were at the Geek Squad for repair issues.
I get that relatively speaking $800 laptops are not the High end but is this normal that Best Buy is kind of the Temu of computer goods and I just was not aware. Clearly my gripe should be and is with Lenovo I am just curious as to whether Best Buy is known to be the Kmart of the 80s?
