No way to talk to the store directly stupid AI then transfer you to the headquarters

Unfortunately their use of AI on the phones and using a call center that's not local is going to be their downfall. I simply wanted to talk to somebody in the store and get specs on a product I was looking for. After speaking to the gentleman on the phone, we came to the conclusion of what I wanted, and I said I would go pick it up at the store. He was furious that I would not pay him over the phone to pick it up in the store. Obviously they are commission just as the sales people in the store are. He literally said to me "Then what have I been on the phone with you for 15 minutes for?" I played back the ring camera footage to quote that exactly. He would not take no for an answer. I ended up having to hang up on him.
Unfortunately, this interaction prevented me from even wanting to enter the store. Using a call center instead of being able to talk to somebody locally about products that you want to purchase in store is a wild way to run a business.

Terrible customer service. You need to go into a store as you can’t call a store. Their return policy is really bad.
Actually nice to work with knowledgeable and courteous staff. I got a decent deal on equipment. Thank you.
