I've been here tons since I've moved to the Boise area because of my job, and they are always very friendly and helpful to the guys I bring in. I've also noticed they carry scuf and elgato. No more ordering those things for me when I need to replace them for my streaming and game tournaments. I'll just go buy them here now.

Purchased GE Opel Ice Maker. Lasted about 8 months. Returned to the store for warranty. Took them 30-45 days to determine your right its broken. Was given GC to replace and buy new warranty. This second one leaked out the bottom within 3 months. This time store simply replaced immediately same day. 3rd unit plugged in ran 1 day cycle and water everywhere again. Took back to BOISE BB and said we simply want our money back. $566. They refused. Said we could only have a Gift Card loaded with the funds. So now we have a GC with $566 loaded and nothing I want to buy from BB again. Very disappointed in the service. We gave the money, had terrible experience and they refuse to refund the funds after 3 defective machines.
