Had an absolutely amazing experience at this Best Buy. The customer service that we received from George regarding gaming setups was outstanding. Literally felt like we were talking to a friend. He was completely honest about what type of setup he'd recommend and never once tried to sell us the most expensive setup. He was very conscientious on accessories when we personally decided on a pricey monitor and PC tower due to it being on sale. We didn't ask him too, but he did it, showing us just how much he valued us as customers. We've been to a few best buys that have left us walking right out due to pressure of purchasing their rewards program (we're already members, but were never asked if we were prior to being pressured).
With that said, if you need advice for anything gaming, I'd highly recommend him! :)

The staff here is always great, so 5 stars to them. I gave 1 star because their phone AI system is terrible. When it doesn't understand me, it hangs up on me instead of transferring me to an actual person. I don't have a store local to me / this is the closest location for me to visit. I don't want to drive all the way here to ask a question or find out for what I am looking is not in stock or not a service offered. I am not interested in talking to a robot.
