Just had a fantastic TV buying experience here - definitely one of the better Best Buys I've been to (and I've been to many!). Shout out to Ivy for being super kind and considerate during the process, helping me find the best TV for me. And to Abraham for the quick and courteous support to get the TV in the car.

The Best Buy staff here is always wonderful. However, I went in yesterday to inquire about the meta-glasses with the intention of buying the clear version. The Meta Rep insist the one he’s giving me transitions, to clear inside and sunglasses 🕶️ in light 💡, long story short, he sold me the wrong pair, had to go back to return. Time is precious to me, so having to go back to return was annoying. Please address and contact me and I will adjust the review back to 5 Stars for the rest of the staff.
