By far the worst experience I have had anywhere, I bought an open box tv, was good condition and supposed to have all necessary parts, it was 40 off original price, 40 is 40 right? So I called to see if it came with the kega just in case because I can't mount it, and chose this specific TV because I'm putting it on a 12.5" mantle and this model had 12" legs. When I pick up the TV there is no box but they tell me the stands and remote are in the bubble wrap with TV, I get home no legs or remote. I call im told to come to the store to get free legs. Get there im told they can't give me any but can order me some universal ones for 10 dollars, I tell him I need them to be less than 12.5" because of my mantle, he assured me they are one foot. Receipt is emailed to me i look at item and they are 14 inces, so I order a 40 dollar stand from Amazon. Now I'm at price of new TV, unwrap it and the screen is horribly scratched, and with no remote I can't even set it up to use the TV so if I buy another remote im in more than a new TV for one that is scratched up every where, the lying is what bothers me the most, I would have just bought a new one.

I went in 2 times. Both time I see floor workers walking around and yet I waited quite some time for help. Even to the point that I just grabbed my item and took it to front desk. Also the item I bought I took back due to finding it 100 $ cheaper. I must say customer service sucks.
