How do I check product availability at the Visalia Best Buy?

I came into best buy to try and get my laptop fixed that I’ve only just purchased about a month and a half ago i went to geek squad and tried to get help with fixing my laptop he told me i needed a receipt so he told me to get one from customer service i came and stood in line for Over 10 min with no one in line as I’m writing this review and still have not been helped worst customer service the cashier called me his bro very unprofessional setting .

Jovan deserves a raise or some type of recognition. He took the initiative to help us out in a different department than his. He was also about to leave for the day but no one else was attending to us and he was able to help us . I work in the medical field and I am constantly helping others and he showed me the costumer service and compassion I give to my patients. Thank you for your help.
