I bought my parents a desk top comuter from this store. The mouse was not working correctly. I didnt have another mouse to test it with so I repacked the computer and brought it back to the store. They looked at it and said it was all set. Unfortuantaly this was not this case. I ened up bringing it bank and forth 3 times. The 3rd time, they unpacked to comuter, hooked up the mouse and (the problem was, it moved left and ring but not up and down). he got the cuser to move and then his tech called it an ID-10-T error. I said excuse me? Its comuter geek code for idiot, He sheepishy backed off. I then said, move the mouse up and down. It didnt work. They replaced the mouse and I was on my way. I have not been back and will not shop this or any of thier stores.

Went in for a phone.On paying it asked for my income social security number and other info.then asks me what credit card I wanted.I told the guy working there I don't want a credit card.hit cancel then on the cc machine asks if I want to pay 49.99 membership.i asked what is this.he tells me it's free today.i hit ok and charged me 49.99?I had to have the Mgr take off the charge.I'll never go back to best buy.
