Shoutout to BB corporate and the manager Trevis for helping solve what should have been an easy situation from the jump. Although I still had to make 2 separate trips to this store. Unfortunately there’s still employees/managers like Jack (think that’s his name) who’ve been there for “6-7 years” and will lie to try and pressure you into buying a $50 membership just to return something for store credit. I was told his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do unless I purchased this membership. Funny because once corporate heard of the situation they were happy to help with a refund for store credit and NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! I refuse to be extorted. When customers are told that hands are tied there’s always something more that can be done. You just unfortunately need to fight for it. Even when an employee with tinfoil grillz tells you no.

Bought 3000 dollar tv changed delivery date 4 times , was told could pick up that was a lie , use call centers in India that get you no where . Worst experience in a long time stay away

Purchased a PS5 controller with my lady. At checkout some meanie with blue hair rung us out. She was giving the customers in front of us flack for nothing. After rudely pushing warranties on us and I declined her attitude grew more rotten, and after taking my receipt in what I thought was a normal manner, she said under her breathe “you dont just snatch a receipt out of someones hands like that”. My lady questioned her on this, and she in a rather embarrassed manner repeated herself. Someone needs an attitude check, and maybe a glass of wine

I was in this store 3 times this weekend for various reasons and the staff could not be more helpful. Geek Squad, Verizon and the appliance section. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so accommodating and kind. I was so impressed and would recommend!
