Pretty big location and professional service. I went to buy a open box product, missing a cable so had to go back and ask for it, but it was helped without a problem
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Best Buy (Braintree Store)
I bought a TCL 43-inch TV (open box, excellent condition) from Best Buy. “Excellent condition” should mean like new, with no missing parts—but my TV didn’t come with standing legs.
I called Best Buy customer service, and the agent I spoke with was completely unhelpful. He actually told me to just go buy cheaper legs online—unbelievable.
I went to the Braintree Grossman store in person. They couldn't find the legs either, but Supervisor Jack was the only helpful person in the entire experience. He promised me that I could return tomorrow to exchange the same model with the new TCL TV.
But the next day, I dealt with a different manager (I won’t name him because I don’t want to cost anyone their job). Unfortunately, the experience got worse. Instead of honoring the original process, he told the sales associate to give me a different TV “around the same price”, which turned out to be an Insignia brand—not what I wanted. My original open-box TCL was a better model, and I wanted either the same model new or a proper resolution. Instead, they just charged me the price difference ($3) 😂
This was an absolutely disgusting experience, Braintree store—especially not open-box items, because clearly, they don’t inspect them properly.
Best Buy, you need to seriously improve your customer service and open-box process. This was a waste of time, money, and trust.
The video game center could do with an expansion, there over 1500 switch games and they have 20 of them.
