I was picking up an online purchace to avoid the crowd. Somehow, despite no one actually shopping, the line was 7 people deep and confusing. At one point there were literally 3 guys helping one customer unlock a box (one doing it the other two baffled) while there was a long line. Lady almost cut in front of all of us because it was unclear that the pick up line is now just the checkout line too. Enshityfication strikes again.

I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a wireless keyboard, mouse, and an additional monitor, and I had an outstanding experience. I was assisted by a young employee named Yousef (I hope I'm spelling his name right), who provided exceptional service from start to finish.
There was no wait time, and Yousef was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right products. To top it all off, I managed to get everything I needed as open-box items at half price or less—what a fantastic deal!
The seamless and efficient service, combined with amazing savings, made this a truly memorable shopping experience. Big thanks to Yousef and the Best Buy team for making it all so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store for anyone in need of tech products!

I’m not very happy with Best Buy any longer. I’ve had their credit card, and their Total Tech protection, which is a lot of nothing, that’s very expensive. I’ve canceled both. I won’t be going back to Best Buy again. I’m very disappointed with this company. They have moved all their “help” to another country, so there is no real help with your purchases any longer. You’re on your own these days. So I’ve decided that I will not be doing any further business with this company. I’m extremely disappointed that this company doesn’t really care anymore. It’s all about the money, and not the customer anymore, so I’m all done with Best Buy. BTW, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at their store, but that doesn’t seem to matter to them. So now they are getting the worst review I’ve ever given. Too bad for them. I hope this gets to everybody who has shopped there in the past. They are not the same store that I fell in love with. They should go out of business, as the customer is never right in their eyes these days!
Like I said, it’s all about screwing the customer these days, so there’s more money in their pockets. Goodbye and good luck, I think you’re going to need it. Especially if you don’t change your ways, and take care of your loyal customers again. I don’t see that ever happening again, so I’m all done with Best But.

Very helpful! Got a TV from them today and Kelvin (I hope I spelt his name right) really went above and beyond with helping me, barely had space but he made sure it fit perfect and with care.
