Got phone from AT&T lady was very unprofessional didn't know what she was doing waited 4 hours n to top it off she left my personal information on the counter so everyone can see n messed up my phone order gave me more lines than I had n bill still mess up will not ever go back there for that NIGHTMARE

Usually go here because I worked here in the past and because its in my old hometown. Aside from rarely having anything I desire in stock, today I was harassed and followed around the store by a single employee (this is not a normal shopping experience at this location). At first he asked me if I needed anything which I replied "no thank you" and kept shopping. Evenentually I noticed him at every section of the store I went to. Even made eye contact with me a few times. So I confronted him asking "do you need anything from me" to which he replied "oh no, I was just putting something back" - no he was not.
Im a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD, because of this situation the employee put me in I did not feel safe, so I had to return the items I was going to purchase and leave the store. I hope this is not a normal shopping experience for customers at this location now.
