Purchased a PS5 controller with my lady. At checkout some meanie with blue hair rung us out. She was giving the customers in front of us flack for nothing. After rudely pushing warranties on us and I declined her attitude grew more rotten, and after taking my receipt in what I thought was a normal manner, she said under her breathe “you dont just snatch a receipt out of someones hands like that”. My lady questioned her on this, and she in a rather embarrassed manner repeated herself. Someone needs an attitude check, and maybe a glass of wine

I was in this store 3 times this weekend for various reasons and the staff could not be more helpful. Geek Squad, Verizon and the appliance section. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so accommodating and kind. I was so impressed and would recommend!
Went in there to return an item. Spoke with a white male who's name started with a T at the pick up section. He was extremely rude.
