I like Best Buy for a lot of items. The staff are usually chill and friendly. I have to take away a star for lack of Anker products stocked in place of Insignia :/

My mother purchased a $25 Roku here but it was the wrong item. I recommend the stick variant which is about $50. When she went today to exchange it, unused, the manager found the 3-month old receipt, but sent her away. This was 3pm on a Tuesday in an empty store. Shes’s a plus member with the credit card and has purchased every TV she owns here. With this attitude, I recommend against buying any electronics here for Christmas.

Not happy my Package was supposed to arrive today 11/7 but Magically got lost with fedex. tracking code didn't work got the run around all day and finally got some one to tell me it was picked up on 11/6 same day i got a text saying my Package will Arrive on 11/7 by FedEx but no tracking info available and fedex claims they have no record of the tracking number and can't tell me we're my Package is now have to wait god knows how long for them to send me a replacement Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional never ordering from best buy again
