What's the point of asking for help if your staff won't even help. I was literally looking for a modem/ router combo and thermal paste. What a waste of time

I've never heard of a 14 day return policy anywhere, so I was really disappointed that this wasn't mentioned when I bought a modem router combo. I missed the return window by two days because it never occurred to me that the policy would be less 30 days. When I bought it, I even mentioned it to the staff person that I purchased it as a backup in case another one I had didn't work, which would have been the perfect time to mention the return policy. The staff person that helped me with the return was helpful in explaining my options but it was a bummer to get store credit for a place I never shop at.
You'd think they'd be more standard with their return policies since they have to compete with online retailers.
