The sales people were great they found the computer my daughter picked out for college told me what I should purchase for anti virus and Microsoft office and set me up with an appointment with the geek squad to install it all. The problem is for the $720.00 geek squad subscription they don't install Microsoft home and student you have to do that. So basically it took them 8 hours to install an anti-virus I could have done that and saved myself $700.00 don't make the same mistake I did.
