Zero stars, old man towards the back of computers and printers didnt wanna leave his section to come help and look at a few printers with us. Mind u it was a slow day on a Tuesday. I went back to check out with him and he said “its easier if u check out in the front” their was a lot longer line in the front so i went back and he said i cant help u i have a customer, when i told him but the customers all the way in the other side he said he was looking something up for him…
Are u serious? Ive had help by bestbuy on a busier day and they multitask to help. Ur telling me he couldnt help check me out for less than a minute? He was helping someone white the same race as him makes me think he turned me away bc of the way i looked… never coming to this bestbuy again

Todo los productos muy rico la recomiendo
All the workers are completely incompetent including the "geek" squad. You would think for a geek squad they would be able to pull the specs on a computer. The Samsung Associate was on her phone are whole interaction took almost 3hrs for what should have been a simple trade in and purchase ended up leaving
