There are very few "big-box" tech stores left, and nowadays most people just buy what they want online. Since Best Buy practically owns the "big-box" tech market, one would expect that they've perfected Customer Service. However unfortunately, that was not my experience at this store.
I found myself struggling to find an employee willing to help me. Any employee that wasn't helping out a customer seemed to be avoiding me & rather continued conversing with fellow employees.
At checkout (keep in mind -- the store was NOT very busy, and there was NO one in line behind me), I had a few questions for the cashier (since I wasn't able to get any good answers out on the floor, I figured I'd ask her). She was not receptive to my questions, and made it seem like I was wasting her time by asking.
This experience was just so disappointing to me -- I remember coming to this exact Best Buy almost a decade ago as a teenager and loving the tech experience. But after this experience, I think I'll just stick to tech stores that actually have great customer service such as Micro Center or the Apple Store.
