I went there because I believed there was IKEA and I was disappointed to find just a small place inside the store with the name IKEA and just some kitchen stuff. If wanted something must order with them. False advertising

I am very disappointed in the service i received from the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Mesquite. I took an IPad keyboard in to see why it was not working and never had worked. The guy was no help. He acted like he did not know what he was doing. He was very rude and did not offer any suggestions on how I might fix my keyboard.He was sarcastic and laughed at me. He could have suggested that we try replacing the battery or call Logitech or something. I admit that I should have brought it in sooner. I have had been busy and have not had the time. After this, I will not be taking anything to the Mesquite Geek Squad again. I had spoken to a Geek Squad member at the Best Buy in Garland. He tried to help me but did not have the right tools. He recommended I take it back to Mesquite. I really appreciated his help,
