Never anyone to assist. Store is so sterile. Bought a computer and it might have been repacked and doesn’t work well, color is off and to being it back the next day has a restocking fee on faulty equipment makes no sense.

I had a really frustrating experience at this location. My husband went in for a pick up order and ended up waiting for nearly an hour just to rebuy the item. I kept wondering why it was taking so long for something that should have been quick, There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency, and the manager on duty never acknowledged the long wait or apologized for the delay.
I understand that stores can get busy, but basic customer service like communicating wait times or simply saying sorry goes a long way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and it left a pretty negative impression. Do better best buy I expected much better. Maybe try a different location.
