So my wife and I bought a new TV and alot of other things and the associated said it would be delivered on the 12th. So I took the day off. I waited and waited and after nine hours of not hearing anything I called the store. The first time the lady said it was going to be here soon. So I waited. After awhile I called back and got another person who said the same thing. They LIED to me. In the end we drove over to the store and asked what is going on. Come to find out no one had a clue what was going on. After talking to different managers the lady in charge of shipping finally came to talk to us. They had 30 orders to go out and only did five. How is this place still in business. They never contacted us to tell us anything. She said maybe it would be delivered today. My wife got her notification about scheduling her appointment after we got home. Nothing was available till next month and this certainly not do. She emailed the lady back saying this. If it is not soon I am going to cancel this order and buy from someplace else. They will loose a 1400 dollar order. Absolutely a horrible customer service

If I could give my after installation experience a ZERO - I would! Just like many other comments left for reviews, it is an absolute JOKE to obtain any type of what is considered customer service. You call the local store number only to be connected to a call center and you get to speak with someone with a heavy accent making it difficult to understand them. You explain your issue, then get transferred to another extension where nobody is available to answer and you are promptly disconnected. I tried their chat and the idiot there had trouble responding to me because I received no intelligent reply from them. Yes - I said idiot - because if they cannot or will not respond, they shouldn't be on a chat. This is the first time that I have had a receiver installed by Best Buy; the issue is somewhat minor but now it has become a frustrating major issue because of the lack of customer service. This will result in me driving a long distance BACK to the store to try and obtain some relief. An absolute disgraceful way to run a company and I am not surprised the stores are under-performing and closing!
