My boyfriend is a total tech member and it's truly life-changing. This location is a bit further away from where we live, so we bounce around between this one and the one in Coral Springs. The staff is always super friendly and ready to help out if needed, I've been able to return and/or exchange things with such ease and efficiency. Even when they're busy, the lines are quite short in terms of wait time. I've come within the last hour or so of them being open before and have never felt rushed by any of the staff, although I was rushing myself (I hate being one of "those people" who come within 15 mins of closing time.) I love best buy and will continue to get anything and everything I possibly can through them. Stop by this location if you're nearby! Sign up for the total tech membership if you buy from them a lot! We've saved over $1,500 in one year I'm not kidding lol. And no this is not a paid review, I just really like best buy!!

Not sure why this has such a high rating this is the worst Best Buy in the country! Nothing is ever ready for pickup when it says. It always says ready in an hour and it never is. You suck!
