Bought a $2500.00 desktop from there just yesterday. Computer freezing and pop ups for settings. Called got Geek Squad thru automated system. She then proceeded to tell me to pay $149 for a home visit! Then said bring to the store, which I am a heart patient so not so easy. Set up appointment but we all know geek squad doesn't fix them on site.

I went into purchase an iPhone 16 Pro Max outright and the employee at a door told me all their phones are locked either for Verizon or AT&t. So I went on their website to verify this after driving an hour back home to find out they did have one in stock that was unlocked. You need to educate your employees better
