Absolutely terrible experience trying to get our TV mounted using this Best Buy. The technician cancelled on us near the end of the window 3 separate days over the course of a week. Called the store 3 separate times and was given the run-around where they couldn’t do anything for us except schedule us for another service, only to have our time wasted again. We finally requested a refund and called a different TV mounting company who was able to accommodate our TV mounting less than 24 hours later for 60% of the price Best Buy was charging. We’ve never had an issue with Best Buy but it seems this one really needs to work on their customer service. If I need a TV mounted I would avoid this headache.

10 Stars my experience today at 12:15 was delightful! The greeter at the door was extremely professional and guided me to the Customer Service window. The Service window took care of my problems within minutes. My problem was very confusing to me on a return with a gift card versus my credit card.So I could use my gift card and put the money back on my credit card!😂 But, they knock it out the park on the first Pitch! I wish I had asked there names! But that you for all you do. I was passing by from Richmond Virginia. You made my day 💯👍🏾👏🏾
