Had the worst experience with an individual that identified himself as the store manger Brendon. I asked for a particular item after calling and being told they have it. I entered the store and approached Brendon. From the start he didn’t greet me I had to ask him for his help. I stated I had called and was told they had item in stock. He pointed to the left and said walk straight down and it’s on left 🤷♂️🤷♂️ . I couldn’t locate. I then went back to Brendon stating couldn’t find the item. He said oh I can’t leave sorry never offered to help in any way. I then went to checkout customer service explained situation. Finally a person located product. Brendon never offered any assistance nor help other than a smug smirk.

This place is a joke. I called to have their Geek Squad install a flat screen TV I bought at a different BB. If you don't have the make and model # of the TV they won't even connect you. I'll have a local TV place install it instead of paying a national corporation.
