I drove from Williamsport to purchase a new monitor and computer and Ronnie the store manager was extremely helpful and saved the day. The monitor I wanted was not in stock and I thought I had to leave empty handed. He found an open box one that had been returned. He went above an beyond looking for it and making sure I didn't leave empty handed. Thank you so much Ronnie, I really appreciate the help you gave me today!
Super disappointed with total protection plan for my tv. 5 days ago my 1 yr old Sony Bravia stopped working. Online chat, was told that there were no service appts available for 2 weeks and my ticket was being escalated to mgr for scheduling. Paid $99 for a service appointment that isn’t scheduled. Silence. Called to check on it and was told it’s been escalated. Still waiting, still not working, still no contact. Not exactly fulfilling the sales pitch when I bought the Total protection plan.
