Best Buy Waterford

I came into the Waterford, CT store in desperate need of help. Thank god a young man named Jeremy came to my rescue. I was very upset and needed advice and help to transfer video files to multiple flash drives. Within a minute, he calmed me, and showed/helped me with everything I needed. And did the first few to make sure it worked, and I understood how to do the rest at home. I cannot say enough about his experience, soothing demeanor with an upset customer, and overall just helped me more than he realized. Thank you Jeremy, I appreciate everything you did.

This phone number shows as Pacific Kitchen and Home, not as Best Buy. However, call is answered by a Best Buy robot. Then, when calling for customer support, in New England, where this store is located, it states, "By continuing this call you agree to the 'x,y, & z" privacy practices found on the Best Buy.com website." Then, after continuing my call, the robot hangs up after explaining to me basically that I am not calling during normal business hours on Central Time and to please call back as their office is closed. This is poor, very poor handling of care. I gave 2 stars because when visiting in person, their employees (who make the store what it is) are customer focused. That's all I can say.

I was in store 9/7/2025 and was assisted by Scott, a gentleman with glasses. He was very helpful and had a great personality. I hope Best Buy knows what a great employee they have.

Used my geek squad and backed up my computer data on a hard-drive. They were very good 👍.
