This Best Buy store in hurst is in a great location. But due to the lack of knowledge of the employees that work in the store and the lack of support from the employees in the store. I now have to drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to get the proper Support from another Best Buy that truly cares about the values of their customer.

Service was great. Quinton was wonderful. But my year and a half old stereo head unit connects intermittently to my wife iPhone. So no gps. Looking at replacing the head unit. Again

I’m extremely disappointed in my first experience with Best Buy. I spent over $1200 on a large order specifically because the site guaranteed same-day delivery. When my items didn’t arrive, I had to reach out myself—only to be told by the first agent that there was a vendor delay and my items wouldn’t be coming. After demanding a supervisor, I was then told a completely different story: that my order was still on track for delivery by 9 PM. That turned out to be false. The order was delayed, and I had to modify it for two-day shipping and still pay fees. I was given inaccurate information multiple times and left with no real resolution. This experience was misleading, frustrating, and a huge inconvenience. The ONLY reason I used Best Buy was because of the same day delivery advertiser. This cost my business nearly 3k in losses today by not having it. Looks like china is getting my business next time.
