Let me give yall a BIG praise moment:
I’ve shopped here before, always have had help from any of the staff, fairly run of the mill shopping experiences. This past week my toddler demolished our TV with a play toy, and we were kind of due for something new anyways. So I initiate an online order with pick up from the NE Mall location. Show up, dude at the front door super helpful, guys who load it in super helpful, head home and take it into the living room. We open it up and come to find the screen along the front edge at the top is shattered in slivers! Momentarily frustrating, but all good. I open the order on my phone, initiate a return, get the code, then pack it all back up and take it back the next morning.
DANIELLA hooks me up from the get-go (also, shoutout to the front door guys, I noticed the same one from the night before was there as well). Great customer service, good attitude, and helped me get home delivery because I’m not gonna be able to pick it up anytime soon after today. I’ve been in sales and retail for 20 years - thank you for treating me right!!!
