I have been dealing with a refund issue with them over Microsoft word subscription that they ran for THREE years. I canceled at POS and the assistant manager at the time refused my refund. I bought the subscription and immediately wanted to void it in store and it stated at the time this was totally legal. He refused so I wrote corporate who said to contest with Citi bank which I did and the dispute did not work. I tried a year later again to no avail. I shop at the alliance one ever since and barely at that. Looking to never shop at Best Buy again.
