Great place, and associate named Shane, went out of his way to explain all my questions and made it very easy to buy my computer and 85" TV from him. If you go, I'd ask for him!!!

I came in to purchase a Tesla EV charger, knowing exactly what I wanted — what should’ve been a 5-minute visit turned into a frustrating 30-minute ordeal. When I walked in, I was greeted and pointed toward the chargers, then told someone would come help me. I waited about 10 minutes with no assistance, even though customers who came in after me were helped. I asked another associate to send someone over — waited another 10 minutes, still nothing. Finally, I had to approach someone and sternly ask for help before anyone actually assisted me. On top of that, when checking out, I declined to provide a phone number or email because I didn’t want marketing messages, and was told I couldn’t complete the purchase without creating an account — which was also frustrating. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor customer service made what should’ve been a simple, quick purchase unnecessarily stressful. Better management and training are clearly needed here.
