Store phone directory sucks

Can't reach anyone by phone to get help. Unable to get past the most annoying AI I have ever dealt with! Wound up with a guy in India that said he was Unable to help and recommended calling back. Still, after two hours Unable to talk to anyone or to receive a call back from the messages that have be left. The worst customer service on the planet! No wound the sales projections are so poor.

Bought an Energizer magnetic mounting for my car on 08/12/25. It already broke (09/02/25) . Their policy is "no refund or exchange after 14 days". You better pray that your items brake fast enough or you will just waste your money.

Clean, Friendly, but Lacking in Modern Options
Stopped in hoping to find a specific power strip: four outlets, multiple USB-C ports, and at least one USB-A. Unfortunately, the selection didn’t meet the mark. There were plenty of traditional power outlets and strips with low-voltage USB, but nothing that matched current tech needs. For a store this well-organized and clean, I expected a more up-to-date inventory.
That said, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The store itself was spotless and easy to navigate. If they expand their selection to include more modern charging solutions, this place would be a go-to.
