I stopped by to pick a pair of Bluetooth earbuds and look around a bit. When I went to the checkout counter, there was no one there to ring me up. Employees were walking around me and yet no one stopped to even acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes and found I could get these same earbuds on AMAZON for the same price delivered to my home tomorrow. I realize what I had was not a big ticket item, but cmon Best Buy, you can do better than tbis

Service was great . I knew the item i wanted walked in and at the entrance one of the associates at the door asked if they could help, and I told him the TV i wanted. He called someone on the radio and had it upfront and loaded in my car with in 5 mins. Awesome

Probably the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve had at any Best Buy location. Whoever worked the front door on 7/27 was the coolest and most helpful employee Best Buy has. He needs kudos.
