Never ever buy major appliances like refrigerators or dishwashers from this place. In fact, don’t buy anything that requires installation from them.
The installation delivery crew was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. It felt like they think we can’t survive without a fridge or a dishwasher and that they are doing us a favor. Guess what? We can survive just fine, or we can simply buy from somewhere else.
If you see that an installer named Leonid is assigned to your delivery, cancel your order immediately. My strongest advice is to stay away and NOT buy any major appliances here. You will absolutely regret it. They seriously need to fix their installation team and fire people like that. Absolute garbage service.

We tried to purchase an Apple watch. The item we were looking for is not in their stock. We need to wait a few weeks. November the price is lower than the Apple store.
A couple of years ago, I bought my husband’s Apple Watch here as a birthday gift so when it was time for an upgrade, I came back hoping to trade in his old watch and put the credit toward a new one.
The experience got off to a rough start when the first customer service representative told me they could only offer $10 for the trade-in. 🤯 I was genuinely speechless. Unless my husband’s watch had suddenly become a decorative bracelet, that didn’t seem right.
Thankfully, I asked for a second opinion and was connected with Valeria, who was fantastic. She took the time to look up my account, verify the correct watch model, and ultimately found the proper trade-in value. Her customer service was easily 5/5—knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
The downside is that it took quite a while to get to someone who could actually assist me, so I ended up spending over 1.5 hours there unnecessarily. While the outcome was positive thanks to Valeria, the process could definitely be more efficient.
Overall: Great customer service from Valeria, but be prepared to advocate for yourself and double-check trade-in quotes if something doesn’t seem right.
