⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "From 1 Star to 5 – My Best Buy Redemption Story" 🎭🔄 So… confession time 🤫 — my first review for this store was a tragic 1-star soap opera 🎭💔. Slow service, long waits, me glaring at the ceiling like I was auditioning for a dramatic movie scene 🎬🙄
BUT… second visit? Total plot twist! 🎉 I came for an online order pick-up, expecting another episode of Waiting in Line: The Sequel… but instead — BAM 💥 — no line, fast service, smiling staff, and they even had a wheelchair ready 🦽💙 (in case my patience from last time hadn’t recovered).
Seriously, it felt like Best Buy took my bad review personally and staged a Broadway-level performance of “Look How Efficient We Are Now” 🎭👏
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — because this time, they didn’t just sell me electronics… they sold me on hope, redemption, and maybe a tiny crush on their customer service team 💖📦

Carecen de conocimientos técnicos los vendedores. Compré un celular Samsung obligado por mi situación de estadía pasajera.
Si hubiese tenido más tiempo, lo habría comprado en otro local. El vendedor apurado por el horario de cierre. No los recomiendo. Vayan a otra tienda.
Don’t involve with this company they ruined
Our two Saturdays. For delivery 5 hausrs each time they charged 170 for delivery
And still didn’t home service Best Buy just hang up phone with wrong information
