Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

This is the second time in a month where I have walked into this store and have been deceived and lied to. Employees will say they have no stock of Pokémon products but will wait for you to look away to start taking pictures [using their own cell phone] of stock that is being hidden behind the counter or will start opening product at the register while they’re on the clock. It’s a mockery and a shame BestBuy employs people who are taking advantage of receiving product in such high demand and then taking it for their own benefit or holding for certain customers, very disappointing and against BestBuy’s Employee Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook/Policy.

They didn't have any Pokémon products in stock when they showed as available, and they had a line of people ready to be told there was nothing when they could've told them ahead of time and not have people waste their time waiting. The manager also had a big smile waiting to see our reaction too, which I thought was pretty disrespectful
