I purchased a Samsung tv and paid for the installation. I didn't realize that it was slightly crooked, I called for them to come and correct. They are charging for a second installation to correct the error. Absolutely absurd considering the amount I paid for the tv! DO NOT purchase the installation from Best BUY!!!

Waited for 20 minutes for an associate that never came and just wanted to find out a price of a tv that did not have the price listed
