I had a very frustrating experience at the Best Buy on Bird Road. I went in looking for an item that was locked up in one of the display cases. An employee told me they were going to send someone over to help me get it, so I waited. And waited. Nearly 30 minutes passed and no one ever came.
What made the situation even worse is that the store was not busy at all. It was practically empty, yet no one seemed interested in helping. I even asked for assistance again, and still nothing happened.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to stand around for half an hour just to get an item that is locked up—especially when the store isn’t even crowded. I left feeling extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted with the lack of service.
I’m not exaggerating or making this up. This was a real experience, and it reflects very poorly on the way this Best Buy location treats its customers. I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

When calling the store for costumer. make sure someone speaks because a mute person will be stuck for hours with their voice only automate system.
