I had a great experience two weeks ago ago. It was 99% dependent on my sales person. I no longer have his name as I responded immediately
To the store and in addition placed a call was placed to the store. Sorry you didn’t get it.
They gave me a delivery window between 7am and 7pm. It’s 7:10, want to guess if they made it in that window?
If you guessed yes, you’d be wrong.
I bought 22 thousand dollars worth of appliances at the Boca location, it took a month to get the first refrigerator that came with the wrong handles, so I was stuck with a 400 pound refrigerator still in its box in the middle of my house for 30 more days🥲
Today they delivered the right one and took the old one, they left a 10 foot high box in my neighbors yard, and left 15 sheet metal screws in the street in front of my house. Also they left trash all over the house and yard! I could spend two hours on the phone with a corporation that will say I am really sorry sir, but in the end they could give two s-it’s about me or the service I received.

Good selection and people here are helpful. Just understand they have. Less staff than they did years ago but they continue to be a good place to buy electronics
