I needed a remote for my TV. Lost the original. Great help from this young guy. Very experienced. It works great and didn’t kill my wallet.
I waited for 45 minutes from my appointment time for them to acknowledge even me. Whatever. However, they kept my device for 4 days, and I had to call to find out that my repair was 'complete'. Immediately upon pickup I pointed out that something was off. When they checked again they acknowledged that no repair had been made nor could they repair it. Incompetence doesn't look good on you BestBuy
