Poorly managed Pokémon restock. The staff allowed the person in front of me to buy two items, but when I asked for the same, I was restricted to one. It felt like the employee assumed I was just flipping the product. My son and I actually opened the packs and got some great hits, but the inconsistent rules and the attitude at the counter were really frustrating.
