Zeke was the best, super attentive, nice, and caring. 10/10 for customer service.
I have been to many Best Buys in my life. This one has royally torqued me off. I went in and, as I like to do, I go and look for the open box section, in case my item is available open box I can save some money. If they had an open box section in this particular store for AV receivers it was well-hidden. So I decided I would ask an employee for help and that's when it all went to hell. I couldn't find an employee in this department I went to look at the new AV receivers on the shelf, of which there were precious few display models. None of which were over the correct price tag. It was rather disconcerting.
Don't go to this Best Buy; try the one in Doral were they actually want to help you. Ability to help is a totally different question.

I have given this store two chances, and both experiences have been extremely disappointing.
Most recently, I ordered a pair of Google Pixel Buds. I waited all day after receiving an update that they were out for delivery, only to have the delivery suddenly canceled with no explanation. When I contacted customer service the next day, I was told the order had been damaged during delivery. That explanation doesn't make much sense considering the item never appeared to leave the store. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to wait several days for a refund and then place a new order myself.
Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience with this location. On a previous visit, I purchased a pair of headphones that never worked. Despite charging them fully, I was never able to power them on or connect them to my phone.
At this point, I've lost confidence in Best Buy's ability to provide a reliable shopping experience. Both of these situations seem like issues that could have been prevented with better quality control and communication. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
