Good place to buy tvs and electronics but the Geek Squad is the worse!!! I just bought an ssd for my ps5 and ask for assistance to install it and they refused to help me asking for $60 to put ssd in!!!
I told them I’ll do it myself just help me to remove the back cover and I’ll do it myself, no help at all.
I don’t mind to pay what is worth to pay but this is just a trick to remove back cover and I wasn’t able to figure out. The good thing one of random employee saw me upset and offered me help and after understanding my problems he explained me step by step how to do it and I did that home without any problems.
I want to mention supervisor Brandon and associate Daniel definitely should not work at the customer service position. They don’t have a will to help people with minor things even information would help but they were ice cold claiming $60 and making a big deal out of it trying to schedule an appointment and so on.
Bad business Best Buy , put the right people to work with your customers.
