Very disappointing experience at this Best Buy today. The customer service was really poor. I was looking for a specific product and no one came to help me. When I finally asked a salesperson, he simply said, “I don’t know, I work in the computer department.” I felt completely left on my own in the store.
Later, I came back to return the product because it wasn’t suitable. I waited about 10 minutes in line, only to be told that I actually had to go to the customer service desk instead.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. After this visit, I’ll probably just stick to buying online.
