Bad customer service. Associate M could have easily helped me get a mac charging cable when he was around the apple area. INSTEAD, he told me to go to the cashier, who then told me they dont have, to go sign up for someone to give me a cable which M could have easily given me when i first asked.
A 4 minute visit, became a 30 minute visit after they make you go around to everyone instead of just helping out.
Ridiculous. Got here at 12:01 and in leaving at 12:30
