**DON'T BUY HOME APPLIANCES FROM PEMBROKE PINES BEST BUY** This specific review is about Best Buy support for washing machine post-installation issues. Best Buy delivered a Samsung washing machine in December of 2024. Early January of 2025, we called Best Buy to report that the washer was excessively vibrating and moving across the floor. They came out and said the initial install person did not properly adjust the washer feet and once they did the adjustment, they left. The same problem kept occurring and we were given various fix recommendations including adjusting the size of the washing load, settings, etc. When none of these recommendations worked, we called Best Buy back and they told us that the install resolution period was over and we needed to contact Samsung. This started a nightmare of Samsung sending out their repair partner, NISIUSA and then getting trapped in a game of finger pointing of the issue which NISI only diagnosed after the 4th visit. Mind you the technician that NISI sent on the last visit was the same guy who came out on visits 1 and 2 and couldn't find the problem. He simply ran the same test which means run an empty washing machine and see if it vibrates. Of course it only occurs when there are clothes in the washer but he said he did whatever Samsung tells him to do and leaves. On the 4th visit, NISI tech took pictures and shared with Samsung tech live through some video share. The problem was found to be a damaged frame where one of the washer's feet were seated. Samsung's solution? Just replace the single foot even though the frame is bent. Samsung blames Best Buy stating that they likely damaged the frame during transport or install. Best Buy says they're outside their install warranty period so nothing they can do and to go to Samsung. And NISI? They just point fingers at Samsung and say they do whatever Samsung tells them to do based on live sharing of pictures and video calls with the remote Samsung tech. But they also can't explain why it took the same guy 3 visits to diagnose the problem when from the beginning we said this problem was present due to some leveling issue from the start. So this saga has had a total of 9 visits combined from Best Buy and NISIUSA all for a repair which will likely be temporary since the frame is damaged and so the foot will bend and cause the same issues or worse at some point. Samsung, Best Buy, and NISIUSA don't care that a customer paid almost $1000 for a brand new unit that's had issues from the beginning that only a competent service provider would be able diagnose. But it wasn't in any of their interest to admit the machine was faulty from the beginning since that would be a more expensive repair or full replacement. Moral of the story? Don't buy Samsung (or probably any) appliances from Best Buy since the support from Best Buy and partners will not be high level. If you can, go to Costco or another reputable store that is used to dealing with appliances and has better customer service. And importantly, before you buy, ask who the third party service vendor is if anything goes wrong during the warranty period. If it's NISIUSA, don't even bother as you might as well have no warranty. Plan to take plenty of time communicating with them via phone, text, email, and video and answer the same questions multiple times. Expect the same incompetent techs to come out over and over and leave without fixing your issues. Google NISIUSA and check out Yelp and BBB reviews. It’s some high level of incompetence and terrible customer service to get those poor review ratings.
