This store was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They told me they would order a monitor for me that was out of stock in store, charged my card, then never placed the order. On the day of (supposed) delivery they were transferring all of their phone calls to Best Buy corporate due to “high call volume.” Of course, everyone on the phone said they couldn’t help and I would have to go to the store to get it sorted. A store manager, Steven VInson, added insult to injury by being rude and unapologetic. Even though customer service said they would try to get me something comparable in store even if it was a little more money and waive the price difference, he wouldn’t budge and just kept trying to upsell me. I finally got so tired of dealing with him I had them refund my card to be done with the place. Silver lining is the exact same monitor was $100 less on Amazon and arrived quickly. I like to shop locally but this place has lost my business.

We were helped immediately in our search for a new television. We were able to make our purchase with the sales staff right in the department. The television was also placed inside our vehicle by staff. Thank you for excellent service all around.
