I am very disappointed with the service I received from Best Buy and the Insignia brand. I purchased, among other items, a Samsung TV and an Insignia TV. Both were shipped by Best Buy and remained in their boxes until the time to install them (we were building an entertainment center to house the TV). When we installed the Samsung TV in my son's room, everything was fine. When we installed the Insignia TV in the living room, everything seemed perfect, but when I turned it on, the screen on the right side was damaged. I filed a report for technical support, and they informed me that they could not send technicians due to a problem with my address when they entered it into the system. They told me they would open a case so they could contact me via email. After a week, they did not contact me. I called again and they told me the exact same thing again. The next day, they contacted me and asked for photos of the TV, serial number, and manufacturing date. Two days later, they asked for photos of the box on all four sides. The next day, they told me they couldn't cover my warranty because they found the TV had physical damage. I explained that Best Buy's delivery people were the ones who delivered the TV and that it had been untouched inside the box until the time of installation, but I was completely ignored. I've been a Best Buy customer since 2019, and I'm disappointed that when I needed support, they told me, without sending a technician, that my warranty was not valid. This is why they lost a customer.

We went to get a washer and dryer and they had no stock to take home. We had to wait 4 days for the washer and a month or so for the dryer. The price was good though. Only for that they lost our business.
