Was very happy with the staff and manager who helped assist me with a very confusing and horrible online return policy with the marketplace. I highly recommend anyone using the online shopping for Best buy. Be very careful regarding the return policy. Read the fine print as they use an outside vendor through the marketplace which is not directly affiliated with Best buy. The store assisted me very quickly and efficiently with a return for which the University Town center store did not and was not at all professional nor helpful. I highly recommend using this store.

I’ve been trying to speak to somebody at the store all day regarding a delivery. I’ve had calls dropped, been told I’ll be called but never spoke with anybody. Now I’m being told that I have to go to the store in the window outside of my availability time. I’ve been trying to reschedule this all weekend. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I will never shop at Best Buy again I strongly recommend going with another vendor. Unacceptable to not have a phone number to their store.
