I purchased merchandise from this Best Buy yesterday. Jordan helped me & was outstanding.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I was simply trying to make an exchange, but the associate who helped me, Mercedes, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me, gave me short, dismissive responses when I tried to ask questions, and had a terrible attitude throughout the interaction. What should have been a quick and simple process turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience because of how I was treated. I expect better customer service from Best Buy, and this experience left me questioning whether I want to shop here again.

At the Tyrone Mall location. The team members that were helpful had customers waiting for them while the helped other customers. While A few of the black shirt staff members were on there phone and try to avoid customers to continue their conversation by walking away as I try to approach them. 3 black shirts staff on their phones walked away trying to find a corner to continue their conversation. I finally got tired of waiting, left and went to another store. I got my 70" TV and great customer service.
Fui hace unos meses a poner una pantalla protectora a mi 16 pro Max me recomendaron una que si la compraba hiba a tener la oferta de que siempre que se me rompiera podria ir a cambiarla por un pago único y acepte , ahora se me rompió y ya fui dos veces y resulta que nunca la tienen ya hoy fui por tercera vez y tampoco la tenían tuve que pagar por otra ósea es mentira y engaño lo que te dicen ? O como es que te van ofrecer algo que luego no tendrán ? Súper decepcionante aquí
