Went to this BestBuy for the first time in a decade to look at and purchase a Garmin watch. Ended up purchasing it online due to limited stock plus a CitiDay discount and they literally stole from me. Bought the $650 watch. What arrived was clearly used. They provided me a UPS return and said a replacement will be shipped out. I dropped off the return to UPS and received an email the next day that I will not get a replacement product nor a refund and to contact local law enforcement. So now they have the product and my money and refuse to refund me. This is illegal but they can get away with it because they are a big corporation. Absolutely blows my mind. I feel bad for people that are in the same position and didn’t pay with a credit card to have consumer protection options. BestBuy reached out to me and said I followed the process wrong and could only exchange in person. This location refused to help. How am I supposed to know their internal process? After filing a BBB Claim, a dispute with my CC company, and a complaint with the FL Attorney General, they finally returned my money and said that’s all they are obligated to do. I’ll never make this mistake again nor will anyone I know. Edit for owners response: I already tried and your store GM said can’t help and corporate did the bare minimum that they are legally required to do. I’ll just keep my business with Amazon and Costco or local shops that care about their customer base.

purchased a hp computer July 25th, realized there was a sales tax holiday for electronics August 1st. Went back to store to see if we could save the sales tax. Coincidently they had raised the price on the computer the exact amount of the sales tax...............Will stay with Walmart in future.

Not keeping up with scheduled appointments.. 40 minutes to one hour behind. Worse than dmv! Wrong info about product support added more time. Used to be awesome:(
