Called on Monday regarding issues with the AMS on my 3D printer. Was told they could exchange the AMS only on Friday as they were being restocked. Get there on Friday to find out they need the printer AND they do not have the item in stock. I had to waste my time and gas to go home and back. Then they changed me another $100 for a new warranty. I expected better from such a big corporation, but apparently they need my money more than I do.
