I purchased a laptop at this store already paid for it . Went to the cashier up at the front some young girl showed my receipt she went and grabbed the laptop from the back and i was kind to her the whole transaction all i did was i need to check the sku # on the box and my receipt, i match it . She gave me such a nasty grin that very unprofessional service her expression was like i cant believe you would ever do that . I just want to verify that this expensive purchase was correct, i understand people make mistakes sometimes
This store lost a customer / i wont be buying anything from here .

Drive 45 minutes out here to pick up a tablet that showed in stock as I'm standing in the store and they didn't have it. Didn't offer to give me another open box tablet at a matching price or anything for our drive. Especially disappointing being a total tech member. Can't beat the competition on price, convenience, or customer service - not the Best buy I remember.
