When I approached the help desk, was standing there for over 10 minutes while associate was engaging in conversation with another customer about their personal life. Multiple associates walked past and saw and looked at me and didn’t do a single thing. I wanted to ask literally one question and had to interrupt her conversation just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Ridiculous, not coming back.

This review is specifically for Geek Squad at the St. Pete location. Geek Squad is ridiculously understaffed, so I feel for their elderly clientele that are forced to wait for an hour+ for just a simple issue, just because they prefer a physical person vs remote. On a separate note, I took my phone to this store to get it's inner film replaced because corporate said that it is a Samsung authorized center. They didn't have the replacement nor did they know why they didn't have it in stock. I was then forced to go ubreakifix to pay out of a pocket for a fix that should've been covered by my warranty. This is not a direct reflection of their staff as I know they are just doing their jobs, but more of the logistics of a corporation dedicated to serving consumer tech needs. I am just very disappointed that I spent time going to two different locations, where they wanted to help but either couldn't or didn't know how. Very frustrating. This experience makes me reconsider paying for the TotalTech membership next year.
