Don't buy anything from here or Best Buy in general. You can find everything cheaper online, everything here is 20-30% more expensive. On top of that, I ordered a 65" tv, and they're 2 weeks behind. The "store" number is for their call center and no one is able to help. I bought the TV in person and the excuse for it being late is that the TV isn't at st warehouse. Obviously, it's at the store I purchased it at. I had it in had, when they recommended I have it shipped rather than drove it home. Literally every time I call I get a new excuse, no one is able to transfer me to the store or get me supervisor to talk to. I implore you to never buy anything at Best buy. This has been the worst experience. I'd rather nose dive into a dumpster fire than deal with them again.

Found exactly what i needed quickly.
Took over an hour to write down my information to repair my phone. Refused a refund when they could not repair my phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Took hours for them to do nothing.

However, sometimes the lines can be long and customer service hit or miss depending on the location and time of day.
