Best Buy St. Petersburg

Had a remote car starter installation scheduled(St. Pete). BB called (I missed the call) and emailed the day before saying the auto tech shop is closed for a couple days and rescheduled me a week later without even speaking to me! I tried to reach someone at BB. Good luck with that. The phone system is horrendous. It says hit # to dial the extension. Didn't work. I think I got somebody in India that could barely speak English who transferred me to a dead end machine. I decided that it was easier just to go the date THEY selected. It was scheduled for an hour and a half. When I arrived, the technician said it would be a half a day's work!! Why didn't somebody tell me that in the beginning. I would have made arrangements to leave my car. I told him to cancel my order and forget the whole thing. Highly doubt I'll ever deal with Best Buy again. Terrible experience.

Made an Appointment to drop off an Apple watch for a new battery but was 5 minutes late. (my bad.) Explained I just wanted to leave it (after waiting in line) and was told to make another appointment as they don't send it to Apple for the repairs as I was told on the phone. As I was leaving a lady in line told me she had a 3:00 appointment and was still in line at 4:15. Will never set foot in a Best Buy again.

My favorite store

I’ve been coming to this specific Best Buy since I was 16 and I’m finally leaving a review bc I feel like the employees always try their best to maintain professionalism despite how badly they’re being treated by a disgruntled customer. I enjoy coming here and being greeted every time I walk in bc it sets a positive vibe and atmosphere for me, and it makes it less stressful to shop for something I want when I’m not sure what it is yet, bc I like to browse and compare products to see which ones are best suited for my needs. So that is why I’m rating this place a 5 star out of 5. And, attached are photos of what I came to the store for. So I purchased a 3-pack eero Pro 7 Tri-band Mesh Wi-fi 7 System. And, it doesn’t come with a wall mount so I recommend buying one to help with Wi-fi range. I waited several days to leave this product review bc I wanted to test the signal strength during cloudy days and rainy days, and it still operated with full bars. So signal was not interrupted at all whatsoever. I know it says the Wi-fi range is 6,000 square feet but the way I set up mine it still covered 12.7k of square footage. The way I had it done was in this mesh (circumference) I had 2 of these products installed on opposite ends at approximately 127 feet apart and set 1 product near the middle to strengthen the mesh. This product outperformed my expectations so if I could I’d give it a 10 star out of 5 lol
