Order was delayed indefinitely by their courier. Walked into the store to pick up the identical product sitting on their shelves, and management turned me away because 'it was purchased online.' Awful local customer service.

Came out from falmouth to return faulty earbuds and upgrade the original pair I bought. I arrived at 6:30 pm to find the store was closed even though the closing time was listed for 7 pm. I'm now regretting giving this store my business and the chance to waste my time and gas twice, first time for broken merchandise and second for closing a half hour before listed time. My third trip here will be the last after. Lucky there's a Target around he corner for instant purchases. When I used to work retail we stayed open until the last minute incase someone couldn't make it until the last minute.
