The Cape cod store almost always has what I need when I have to run out and buy electronics stuff for my 2 offices on the cape. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. I try to order online and just pick up in store, to save me time, and once in a while they are interminably slow at putting those orders together. If it says, "Ready Inan hour," on the website, I now try to give the Cape cod store 3 or 4 hours so I'm not told to "go walk around the mall" while I wait after I arrive 2 hours after ordering. I don't have that issue at other best buys.

Who doesn’t love Best Buy? This location is not the worst and not the best. Displays are often messy, but for being on Cape Cod, they have decent stock. Wish it was bigger, but no way to fix that.

BOOMER here; technically challenged..😫Octavio did a brilliant job of introducing me to some of the amazing technology that I could potentially use for a YouTube channel I’m considering. His explanations made everything very easy to understand and I thank him for “initiating “ me into this “brave new world “ of cyber technology where it seems everyone has an opinion! Thanks! Would give 5. Bought a tv an soundbar this morning from the Hyannis location. The two gentlemen in the back were helpful a knowledgeable. How ever when I asked if they had something I could wheel it out to the main entrance it became an issue for some reason? I had taken a uber there an back and the two younger kids working were mocking me for not having a vehicle and overheard them talk g about me and how I shouldn’t of bought a tv if it was too big laughing while I was standing right there. I was tempted to say something but I didn’t. But that put a bad taste in my mouth and was very tempted to return both an do business someplace else
