How do I check product availability at the Warwick Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Warwick Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I purchased a new TV and it was shipped with a broken screen. The store said they would refund my money but because I purchased at a discount they could not honor the price they had online. I would recommend anyone looking to buy electronics to stay away from BestBuy. Clearly they are going out of business soon! Update: Customer Service reached out and offered $100 for my troubles. However, they would not honor the original offer. All I requested was the same exact TV I purchased 3 days ago to be shipped to the store so I could inspect it before I take it home. They refused because they know they have a real issue filling online orders. The TV they send my literally had no packing material and just two thin pieces of cardboard taped to the TV. See the photo of the damage. Beware of buying anything from the online. It's more of scam!

It's great to hear that the store was able to accept the return, though I understand not getting the same deal on a replacement, wouldn't have been ideal. The general manager was awesome as was young man at the register. But there was another guy on the floor that had a horrible attitude. Fortunately for Best buy the general managers help and it's insight was invaluable and made up for the challenge with the other person on the floor. I still love Best buy :-)
