Terrible experience in store today. Went in to shop for a work Christmas party. We did the same shopping trip last year at this same Best Buy with no issues. We spend anywhere from $10,000-$14,000 in this one shopping trip. This time didn’t go well at all. We stocked a few carts and asked for some help was told someone would be over. Employee after employee walked by some chatting with each other but no one came to help. I eventually stopped someone and asked for assistance. I was looking to get 4 iPads the guy went back and a manager came out saying we could only buy 2. Also we could only buy 2 of each of the items in our cart (we’re shopping for a big company so we tend to get 4-5 of the same things like Xbox’s PlayStations beats headphones exc) we explained we had no issues last year and our plan was to spend about $10,000-$14,000 today, it’s not like they are low stock these things are piled up on floor in store. We told her we also wanted five 75” TV’s. She explained there isn’t anything they can do we can go online and order but there’s a max there too as to what we can buy. Needless to say we left everything there and went down the street to Target where they happily took our $10,000+. We purchased multiple tvs, PlayStations, Xbox’s, meta quests, ear pods exc with no issue at all. We will not be back.

Went in here to get some information on a laptop, two associates behind the counter couldn’t care less to come and help. When I tried to approach they ended walking away . Asked for a manager who set me up with a very nice gentleman from the geek squad. I thank him for helping but I couldn’t bring myself to purchase anything from this store.Ended up leaving and checking their website and found an HP Victus for a great deal. Ended up picking it up in seekonk because again this store sucks.
