Terrible customer service at the checkout counter. Do NOT sign up for a Best Buy card. The people at this store will trick you into applying for an actual credit card by making you think it’s just an in-store rewards card like they have at Job Lot. I should’ve figured this out when their machine asked me to put in my yearly income. Since I’m a student, they instructed me to put down $1 as my yearly income. A month later, I got a notice in the mail stating I’ve been declined Best Buy credit card because, surprise surprise, a yearly income of $1 does not look good to lenders!
Wasted $80 for nothing besides a dip in my credit score. I don’t even know how this is legal. Will never shop here or any Best Buy again.
First and last time ordering appliances. One of my air conditioners delivered was damaged! Seems like the Warehouse likes to.toss appliances around and delivers me junk! Pissed and will not be doing business anymore! 😡😡😡😡
Took a long time as help is not quick.
It is quite difficult to have someone help you spend money in this location. I asked someone and when they went to get a key to get something locked up for me they started helping someone else. I went over to another department and two guys were just talking, I asked if they could help me get a phone that’s in stock and they said someone in that department will be able to help once they free up. I’ve been in the store for 15 mins and no one has offered to help.
