Do NOT buy the warranty for $199 for tech support. First off the salesman Shiloh incorrectly told us it was for two years but it is actually for 1year at that price and you can purchase one more year for another $199. He also was not very knowledgeable and basically read the information regarding the laptops from the tabs which we could do. And he told us we could just walk over to use the Geek Squad anytime which you cannot, you must make an appointment. Second, I had our information transfered from out MacPC to our Microsoft laptop which they did but now I can't get into my Mac, have tried every suggestion from Internet and the only way to get help with Best Buy is to go into the store which is 40 minutes away. No telephone service. The technician on the phone is in India, that's who you'll get if you call for an appointment, and she wanted to take control of my computer instead of walking me through it. Ya, right. If I had known Best Buy outsourced to another country I would not have purchased from them. Complete discouraged.

My husband & I were disappointed at how much this place changed over the years from quality of product fo customer service. We did each make a purchase and wont be returning .
