Not entirely sure what the point of having a physical store is anymore. None of the products that were listed as "On Display" were actually displayed in the store. Don't expect any of the staff to ask you if you need help, either. Forever just ordering online and picking up and probably not from BB unless they are the cheapest option. Not like they have the same insurance program as they used to so there's no point in being loyal to them.

Went to exchange Bose headphones I received as a gift. I was hoping to get the same item, just in a different color. They told me the 14 day window had passed and I could no longer return. I asked for an exception as I didn’t even have the headphones for those 14 days… since it was a gift. The man at customer service said “I’ll ask, but they’ll tell you no too.” Then went on to suggest the people who bought the headphones pay even more money for a membership so they can be the ones to return it. 2 problems with this suggestion.. I’m not going to ask people who already bought me something to spend more money and they live in Florida, so it’s not feasible for them to return it. Surely they could’ve made an exception especially given that I wanted an even exchange. Entirely underwhelmed and frustrated. Plenty of stores sell the same electronics so I’ll now be turning to those in the future.

Had exactly what I needed. I ordered on line and picked up in store within 1/2 hour!
The store has a wide selection of electronics and the staff is usually pretty helpful when you need assistance. However, I've noticed the checkout lines can get quite long during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for tech.
