Not to knock this particular location - but - this is where I usually shop- but will not going forward. I purchased a microwave online. The installer delivered and installed it. 4 months later it literally fell from the wall almost hitting a disabled grandchild. They refused to reimburse me installation which is all I asked for (“past 90 days by a month*) but never mind my microwave is in my kitchen floor and unusable - how is this good customer we service? They did but install onto the studs so it was a matter of time. Customer service is dead - and I will never purchase from Best Buy again - as long as I live and God is my witness.

What started out to be a horrible experience with a rating of a star in mind, turned into a five star review at the end. We purchased a Samsung TV did not get the customer service we were expecting, BUT Allandon made it right. We explained the problem and he genuinely wanted to make it right with what we experienced. He showed the simple quality of listening and understood all of our concerns. Allandon gets it and assured us he would speak to his staff. We've been shopping and buying merchandise here for years and will continue to as long as Allandon is managing this location.
