How do I check product availability at the Arlington Best Buy?

My wife lost her charger for her MacBook when I walked in and asked where I’d find one. The person directed me exactly where to go. The person that was in the back of the store working in that area was very friendly and helpful. It took a few minutes to get somebody with the key to get the cabinet opened, but that was understandable and they were very courteous and helpful while they helped me get the correct charger.
Retail is hard and I get that so having friendly people is something I really appreciate

I bought a laptop from here and wasn't fixed talked with rep they transferred me online paid 43 dlr still not fixed call them back for refund since it wasn't fixed. But was told that service was provided and won get refund. While I was told the day before that the money will be refunded if online support won't be successful. I talked with PAUL who was really unprofessional and didn't help me at all. Didn't seem like he knows what he was doing. It was one of the worst customer service provided by PAUL. Now I have broken laptop which is originally under warranty by geek squad. Not fixed. Please help. This is absolute unprofessional behavior.
