Things are overpriced and staff don't know what they're doing. Being informed on inventory is bare minimum and they fail, God forbid you are looking for something specific. Management seems unwilling and defensive. The only people that should come here should have a damaged frontal lobe and make-a-wish offering to cover what you're looking for. Don't buy computers here, don't buy phones here, don't buy tech here. They all just order it from Amazon then slap a 30% upcharge on it. "best buy" is becoming an ironic jest. Looking for TV? A membership to Costco and just the TV is already cheaper than what you'd spend at best buy. Computer? Talk to actual computer specialists and build your own so you understand how to save money. Cool tech? Amazon. You're being taken for a ride if you think anything here is worth more than anything else you can find on Amazon. Installations? There's a local handyman that'll do it for half as much that's been doing it for 30 years, plus they'll fix your drywall and answer that question about your AC unit that's been bugging you for the past month. Do you go to a dealership and buy a new car because you need a car? No, you look online and compare specs and prices, finding the best deal you can. Beat buy is a dealership, and you are a whale if you walk in here, except the staff can't even be bothered to treat you like you're about to dump half your paycheck on tech.

I went to go buy an Osmo Pocket 3 today And Chase, one of the workers there helped me really good and explain the product if y’all ever go there look for Chase great Employee has two kids in college lol

Bought a surround sound receiver last week that the sales expert Steven said would work for my setup. It didn't have the specs to work for my setup. Came back today to replace it for one that would work. Steven was busy with another customer the manager Allandon said he would take good care of me. To wait for Steven. After 15 min another employee to help. Greg i think, he was helpful but not knowledgeable had to go ask Steven questions. We found something that would work, i asked for the manager to give me a little discount for my trouble. I would have been happy with $5 but they said the manager Allandon was busy. I could see him talking to another employee laughing and cutting up. I watched them for 20 min. Then I left. Horrible service. Go somewhere else
