Fui para poner el protector de la pantalla de mi celular, lo compré y pagué el servicio para que lo instalara. Me dijeron que esperara en unas sillas mientras me tocaba mi turno, estuve aproximadamente 20 minutos esperando sólo para poner un protector de pantalla, luego cuando me tocaba a mí desaparecieron todos los empleados de esa zona, le pregunté a la persona a la que le pagué el protector y me dijo que tendría que esperar un poco más. Me parece un poco exagerado este tiempo, sólo para un protector de pantalla de celular, y vi que habían varios empleados parados, sin hacer nada, así que decidí devolver el producto fue a otra tienda y me lo pusieron al momento.

I purchased a tv as a birthday gift for my sister and upon opening the box, the legs were missing. I tried calling the store which takes me to a call center that was useless. Tried to chat, but that was a bot. Why do you make it so difficult to reach a resolution without going into a store?? I am beyond upset.
