You can't call the store directly. So I'm not driving three hours without speaking to someone to confirm that they even have the meta glasses in stock. So I won't bother wasting $800 here. Probably for the best.

The store so big and well-organized best Best buy ever!
Do NOT shop here! We purchased a 75 inch frame TV, the coordinating frame and three individual speakers to be installed by the geek squad. They were so helpful initially and we were scheduled for an October 7 installation. My husband called off of work so he could be here. On October 7, we were given no updates. We contacted Best Buy and we're told that our installation had been moved to the 17th. I went into the store and was assured by a manager from another location who was traveling there that day that this would be on their expedite list it would not fall through the cracks again. On the 17th, my husband once again took off work. He was texted a four hour window. When the window came and went, I tried to call the store but instead was talking to a man at a call center in India who told me the store does not accept calls. We then went into the store and we were told the status was pending rescheduling, but they didn't have a date. To say this is beyond frustrating is an understatement. We canceled our entire order and purchased everything via a competitor and have been thrilled.
