I was shopping for a washer and dryer. Joey assisted me and I received excellent customer service. The experience couldn’t have been better. I am very happy with the service and care that I received.
I bought an open box deal off their website. The Sono's speaker was sent in the box, missing the critical charging cord and base and because of this there was extra space left in the box, causing the speaking to flop back and forth during shipping, damaging it. The speaker wouldn't even turn on, it's far from "excellent" condition your idiots at the Geek Squad stated. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again. I hope you people go out of business.
