I have placed an order 2x now for a new phone. 1st time it got cancelled before ever reaching store due to in activation...?! Neither the store or I had the phone! 2nd time order placed, I told them the exact date of when I could pu. I asked multiple times to speak directly to store to hold phone by simply placing a sticky note on phone to date when I will be able to pu but they are telling me now I am past the date to request extension even though it was specified 2nd time I had to order. After speaking to SE Asia 2x and being put on hold in excess of 30 mins each time, they tried to transfer me only to be disconnected. My salesperson was Anthony both times and yet he made attempts to at least make sure it wasn't returned again. I cant even get the original phone I ordered, just settled 2nd time out of convenience. Utterly horrific experience that should really be quite simple.

Organized and stocked Best Buy with all the expected electronic items, not many PlayStation games but then everything is online now.
Supposed to deliver on a certain day.... Didn't... Shameful
