Lots of helpful people in blue polo shirts walking through the store. The employee helped me with some excellent information to solve my issue. We didn't buy anything this time, but we'll be back!
Helpful staff, will spend time to find the right equipment you need. I was looking at the new 100 or 98in tvs. spent time with sales associate going over pros and cons. looked at Wall mounts and other needs for the installation. Made my choice on tv to then find they dont have them instock and would need to order online.
Beaware if you have a dji drone under best buy protection plan they no longer replace them they give you store credit and all they carry are far lower quality drones currently...

Special Note: July 30, 2025--*****The B.Buy Delivery team, Rich and Brandan, called me to let me Know that they were Arriving soon. They were Very polite an Professional at "Carefully" Removing our large"Dead" Refrig and Brought in our NEW Large LG Refrig with Extreme Care, Not to scratch our New wood Floors or damage Anything. They had to remove the Refrig door Handles to gain access to our house and Kitchen. Thanks Guys and Polaris Best Buy.
