Absolutely terrible customer service at the geek squad desk. I bought a 3 year warranty for my laptop and barely 1 year into purchasing it the hinges on my computer started to misalign badly and come off which cause the screen to come off the laptop and start cracking. When I picked up the laptop they had fixed the issues however a couple months later the same issues started to happen again so I sent it back to the geek squad technicians and they did not fix it! I was very angry and I was told that my computer is bad and for record keeping we just have to send it in a third time then they will junk it and give me a full refund. When I pickup my laptop after the 3rd time they completely changed their mind and said I was misinformed and that they do not do this. The Best Buy supervisor at this location had zero problem solving skills and did not understand my situation at all. I am due for a full refund and a new warranty! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
