Great experience buying a laptop. Eduardo is knowledgeable and listened to my needs rather than trying to push me into something for his benefit.
my husband and I went to the store in Alafaya and they treated us very poorly. We asked several times we’ve even waited for someone to help us and they told us that they’ll meet us in the middle and never did we looked for people and when we asked, they were too busy and we saw people roaming around that work there just about doing nothing and just talking to each other. Very poor service. We will never go there again.
Hands down amazing!!!!! First, I want to thank Leo for his amazing customer service!!!! He was patient, understanding and most of all very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions in regards to which desktop would be most beneficial for my business needs. He did not rush me or make me feel as if I was bothering him due to me being very indecisive. He remain patient and understanding and continue to provide clarification due to me being hesitant. Leo assisted me with an awesome purchase and signing me up for extra Best Buy perks.
Side note: when I came in the store was slow but during our interaction it became busy... Leo remain calm and continue to being patient and provide amazing customer service to myself as well as acknowledging other customers that approach seeking assistance.
