Best Buy Waterford Lakes

I was hot and could have been sold somethin, but there was no one around to care. Not sure I want to flag down a salesperson. Maybe car audio isn’t high enough margin or no commission?

Didn’t find exactly what I needed, but the employees were very nice and helpful regardless.

We visited the Best Buy in Waterford last Saturday. My daughter was having an issue with charging her Mac Book Air and was anxious due to upcoming midterm exams. Matt, who works with the Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and helpful!! He tried a couple of different things and sure enough he saved the day!! He gave great advice and was very courteous! I highly recommend visiting this Best Buy in Waterford!

I went in there this evening to look at Apple watches and headphones for Valentine’s Day excited to purchase one if not both. I waited for about 10 minutes and I didn’t get any help so I reached out to a girl that was stocking the shelves. She was polite enough to walkie-talkie somebody and they told me to be there shortly. I ended up waiting 15 more minutes And no one came. Yet I saw multiple people on the floor just chitchatting. I normally wouldn’t complain or write about this, but then I asked a second person if I could get assistance and he said I don’t work on the floor but let me see if I can get someone . I waited with him for about four minutes nothing and no response, he said , I’m really sorry everyone’s busy. The store was not full at all nor busy. So after waiting for almost a half an hour just for assistance I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything due to nobody being able to help.
