Everytime I enter this store, I feel accosted by the employees. Every couple of minutes someone asks me if I need help and I tell them no. I really hate how aggressive they are becoming and will no longer visit this store. Also they need to get rid of the ATT reps, I don't want to be followed and accosted by them while I am shopping. This behavior should not be tolerated!!!! When I am accosted by an ATT employee or store employee, I now just walk away from them because the like to follow people like a hawk. If I see them following me like that again, I will report.

The your man who helped us with tv information was very helpful. He took his time explaining all the tv's. Everyone was friendly at the Elmwood Store in Harahan.
Mr. Jonas was the best. He had a bright smile and pleasant personality. I could tell he loved his job and helping people. As a former customer service supervisor, huge respect to that employee. He found the computer I was looking for and had me out the store in less than five minutes. Highly recommend this location and Mr. Jonas.
