This has been worst experience of my life. The geek squad are totally ridiculous. He barely looked at my computer and then preceded to tell me it would just be easier to get a new computer? I feel like I have just gotten scammed and taken advantage of. Called apple and they’re said they could very much repair.. If i could give best buy a -5 star review I sure would. Thanks a lot nerds for NOTHING.

The only reason I am leaving a 5 star is due to the manager Brandon. He went above and beyond, top notch customer service! The 800 customer line is trash, liars, and they will dump you back into the que when they don't know how to help you. The 800 customer line is outsourced to foreign countries which needs to stop! DON'T call their customer service line, go into the store!!
