Very polite and helpful, and even though they weren't able to work on my item, they did go out of their way to guide me in the right direction and also told me that I should contact the manufacturer as well that my item may be under warranty. Great employees are very considerate and kind, and they went out of their way to help me, even though I wasn't there to buy something. ❤️

Store employees are great, corporate failed us. Today I purchased a 75” TV and an oculus 3. The TV would not fit in our SUV. The employee helped me open the box and put the screen in the car. He took the box and immediately discarded and compacted it? (apparently). We got home only to realize he had taken the remote, instructions, stand, screws and whatever else it came with. When we got home and realized we only had a screen, we attempted to call to intercept him discarding all my accessories, however when you call the garner number you can not speak to anyone at the store, or even in the country when you call! I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store on my son’s birthday only to find that they had been discarded. This whole incident could have been avoided if the associate was more knowledgeable about his product and where in the box the accessories are or if we could have spoken directly to the store. I have never been so close to returning $1000 worth of merchandise in my life! The fact that I spent my day driving back and forth to the store instead of with my son on his special day is highly irritating. Everyone we worked with today were kind and gave us the display accessories. Corporate needs to change their customer service and add an option to speak directly to the store in case of emergencies, it’s not like I was calling for store hours. This is completely unacceptable and a very poor customer service experience.
