Clown show. We came in three weeks ago and bought $4000 worth of TV and audio. Gave them the address for delivery and install and they went to our old house instead of the new address we gave them. We must of provided our new address several times to several different people. But, They claimed there was no way to get the products delivered and installed to our new home. Terrible customer service. They just don't care! GOOD BY Best Buy!
