This was the worst customer service we’ve experienced at Best Buy. Despite the store not being busy, we waited 45 minutes for assistance after being told multiple times someone was coming. No one showed up, so we left. Many employees asked us if we needed help and when we did they did not assist but said someone would be on the way. What we needed was something simple and no one was able to assist. Absolutely frustrating.

Amazing customer service and great prices and selection. I highly recommend this Best Buy to anyone. I live close to it but would make a special trip to go here.

I purchased a projector over the phone from a customer service specialist. I told the person that I was testing it out to see if it would work. I immediately found that it was not going to meet my needs and returned it to the store. Only then was it disclosed to me that there’s a 15% restock fee. Surprise! Best Buy gets my money and provides nothing in return to me. Extremely disappointed. Beware of this old school return policy.
