The guy who works on Friday at the apple stand really knows his craft well. Will buy from him on Fridays, he is a very good asset.

Quiet environment and fast service.
If I had to describe (Willowgrove, pa) this store, I would say that Terrance Dixon goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My personal experience with him was exceptional, as he helped resolve my car alarm issue. He is a true asset to the store, and I'm grateful to have met him. His outstanding personality and commitment to providing excellent service make him a standout employee.
I had an issue with the customer service rep on the phone, she was very rude (Abby) and didn't care about my package not being delivered on time. I ha d to wait 2 weeks for my order.Best Buy's online delivery service purchasing a product was terrible, the time of the arrival of my package was not accurate. They changed my address of delivery when I specified where I wanted to send it to and I had to take off multiple times just to even track my location order. The online service was a inconvenience
And no one other the Mr. Dixon resolved my issue!
I only gave 4 stars because of him!!!
