Horrible experience with Best Buy! They removed my $ & then canceled the delivery & installation until the next week! Horrible customer service, didn’t want to give a complete refund, even though they never came to the house at all! I received nothing but chest pain for dealing with Best Buy! The chat live people would say “CALL DURING BUSINESS HRS”! No one wants to work anymore! The reason the delivery was canceled was bc TRANSFER DELAY OF THE PROJECT, which means the company had no one show up to do the delivery & installation. Best Buy has really gone downhill in the last decade. Now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my $ back that the company should never have taken before the service was preformed! They don’t care about handicapped people either!
I want to give a big thanks to Fern, who installed my dash cam yesterday. He was knowledgeable and installation was a success. He was also very kind, as well as the entire install team. Thanks again 🫶🏻
The Geek Squad people were fantastic, they were very friendly, patient and competent. I deducted one star only because the text/app system is a disaster, it won't let me reset my Authenticator app; it asks for a "backup code" that I probably last saw like 10+ years ago, as if anyone would know that! Lol
Good choice usually. But hate their return policy. 14 days is not enough usually.
