*Update* 13 Days Later, Still no word from Best Buy Since Friday last week and fridge is still broken. Submitted complaint to BBB.
Steer clear of buying appliances from Best Buy! I purchased a fridge just over two years ago, along with their so-called 'Geek Squad' warranty, and it’s been a nightmare. The fridge broke down last Thursday, and the earliest they could send someone was six days later—today. Even then, the repair tech only showed up to 'inspect' it, didn’t fix a thing, and now I’m stuck waiting even longer for repairs. I spent over an hour on the phone, shuffled between five different people, begging for a manager or anyone who could actually help. Their solution? 'Go to the store.' Utterly ridiculous.
Still no "time frame" of when this will be fixed.
Update - the rocket scientist at Best Buy sent out another tech to "inspect" the fridge and they still never ordered the part. Still no ETA on when this fridge will be fixed.
Only positive experience has been dealing with Jordan the store manager, she is 5 stars!

I recently visited Best Buy and had a frustrating experience waiting for assistance. I went in to look for help from a sales associate. However, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes before anyone approached me. I noticed several employees were walking around, but none of them seemed to acknowledge the customers waiting for help.
