Bought burner phones to travel to Europe. Specifically said we were going to Ireland, England and Wales. We were sold SIM cards for the phones that only worked in Canada. We didn't know this until we arrived in Ireland on the first day of our trip. We had to spend the day trying to get new cards for Ireland, England and Wales. The problem at the Willow Grove Best Buy is that no one seems to know anything about phones. They had 1 person from the Geek Squad that knew anything about phones. Need to better job in educating salesmen and support staff. I will not be purchasing anything at Best Buy in the future. Not reliable.

I had the 'pleasure' of walking into the Best Buy in Willow Grove today! I spoke with 'Alex' in the Geek Squad department. He was "fantastic'! He & the technician repaired my phone in less than 15 minutes!

Was harassed (again) by the male attendant at the front. I came here last week and bought a $2000 laptop, just bought an $800 printer today. Both times, I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was in the store. This man asks me to wait for another employee. Why? He allows other people to walk in the store. Why does he single me out? Every time. Pretty sure it’s racial.
