Called best buy everyday, so now the package has been intercepted with a return to shipper? I’ve also been on the phone with ups I’ll be supporting that 1 star they love so well
Should’ve just went to the apple store to purchase

Excellent service. Two different employees checked in to make sure we were good. Found everything we needed too.
I purchased a washer and dryer nearly a month ago. They have been at my home four occasions and have not been able to install it. They always make excuses and blame me. The last time they forgot the dryer duct and duct tape. They wanted me to special order a side vent kit instead of using a flexible duct the time before that time. Previously, they wanted me to change the outlet for the dryer when they could use a different cord. I took my time from work doing all they asked from me. This seems like customer abuse. I need to find someone else who really sells these appliances and get all my money back from Bestbuy.
