Pathetic. Poor customer service and geek squad car installation. I will never go to Deptford bestbuy again ever! I bought a car dash cam and installation services from them. The dash cam was not installed properly not hardwired and the associate throw the box with remaining extras in trash. Dash cam was not turning off and when I tried my self error was feature only available with hardware. I called several time and visited 3 times and there was no appointment available to fix or on install. I wisited to a different bestbuy after struggling 3 weeks to install a different dashcam and associate told me the dashcam Was not hooked properly 😕 😐 😒 😑 DO NOT VISIT DEPTFORD NJ BESTBUY

I went to buy a security camera. I did not know much about them. There were so many to choose from. I asked the salesperson for help. She said she was about to go on break but she help me anyway. MARIE, was so nice she explaned everything and explained it in a mannor that was easy to understand. She wasnt quick to just sell us something. The model we were looking at didnt seem to be on the shelf. She went in the back to look. She found it. I just want to say thank you for the help and that marie is a knowledgeable and good employee. Thanks for helping me choose the right camera
